“They suggested a place close by, walked there since I’m traveling and they were closed! Horrible experience! You would figure they would tell you and not allow to book a place that was closed. I’m still waiting to hear back from their support team for a refund.”

“The cost was very reasonable. The service was friendly. My only issue was it took so long to find where I was supposed to drop off my stuff. The storage place was not on Google Maps and when I was in the same building, no one new what I was referring to.”

“Check in and check out was exactly as advertised. Convenient to store luggage at union station and pick it back up there at the end of a jammed packed tourist day in DC. I was nervous using this serice for first time but ultimately i had no problems. I would definitely use this service again in the future.”
