“This is an excellent option to store luggage for the day. We had a 10 hour layover in Oakland and didn’t want to drag around our luggage all day. We booked Vertoe and took Uber to the place where we would leave our luggage. It turned out to be a Liquor store- which I was skeptical about at first. Once we walked into the store with our bags we were greeted by name and it was a great experience. I would book this service again.”

“Service was great however there was no security protocols in place. We were not given a receipt, nor the security label that the site says we should get. We asked about a receipt and/or the label and we were told they don't do that anymore. On pickup they asked us "these two?" Anyone could have taken our bags!!! I think the idea is great in theory but in action there is room for big problems!!!”

“First time user, very helpful affordable service! Vertoe isn't fancy, but it works. IDEAS: As an idea, I think it would help to have nice Vertoe stickers in the windows of partner businesses. And/or they could give you a Vertoe postcard or business card to formalize the in-person exchange.”
