“This was a great alternative to storing my luggage bag so I could be free to roam around the city all day before catching train out of Grand Central at end of day. It was my first time using this service so was a little leary about it but found it to be convenient and safe. I would though recommend buying small luggage locks for your own added security. I would use this service again if needed.”

“First time using the service, was a little nervous to drop my parcels off in a random store but the staff was great and had us lock them up and take a photo of the tag numbers. Everything was there when we returned. Will use again!”

“I was skeptical at first because I'd never heard of Vertoe, but the service worked like a charm. We dropped off our bags at a falafel place and picked them up later in the day. No glitches. It was so nice not having to carry our bags around the city.”
