I ordered a blue tipi tent for a wedding gift, when the item arrived it was Red and was a totally different order no. I called customer service to request an exchange for the correct tent that I had ordered as Red was not a suitable colour, as it was a colour that the couple would not be happy with. Customer services informed me that the blue tent was showing as currently unavailable so arranged for the tent to be collected. On 19th April the courier arrived and collected the parcel. I did not have a returns note as there wasn't one in the parcel when it was delivered and if there was I could have saved a lot of hassle and returned the item myself at the collect plus store or post office. I was not given anything from the driver and as very calls are recorded they would know that I was not advised to obtain a receipt from the driver. On the 20th another driver also called to collect the same parcel. I have also had other poor shopping experiences from the company such as a parcel that was not delivered and a return of a unsuitable item that was returned exactly how it was sent and had not even been taken out of the box. The item was returned back to me with a letter stating that I had sent the item back with missing parts and was also charged £3.95 for post and packaging.

The most appalling customer services EVER. I have spent 8 months trying to resolve an incorrect balance issue with the Very Customer Service department. I have repeatedly rung them (10+ times) trying to resolve the issue and pay off my balance (they never rang me to resolve it). Every time I was told the issue would be resolved and my next statement would show the amendments. The issue never got addresses. My balance accrued late payment charges. The Very arrears team constantly rang me chasing payment and each time I explained that the balance was being corrected by the Customer Service department. After 5 months of getting nowhere and complaining on yet another call to Very, the Customer services rep suggested I make an official complaint which I did via the Very website. I finally got some response and after another 2 months the correct prices were applied to the items I purchased BUT the balance was still incorrect as Very had been adding late payment charges while they sorted the problem. On asking for these charges to be taken off I have been told its too late and my account has been sold to a debt collection agency! I have spent 8 months, many calls and many £'s on their 0844 number, trying to sort this out. Very have done absolutely nothing to help, all they've done is chase me for incorrect and inflating sums of money. How they can get away with this business practice is beyond me.

DON'T USE.. Seriously this company is really really bad, I Pre-order an item 8 months before release date then after it release I was told that Very.co.uk had made mistake in label so item send back to the warehouse and now they are canceling my order, if I want the item re order again... I am so angry, also there customer service is rubbish as well

Good customer service. I was having some issues on my delivery but Very's customer service contact number (0870 174 7046) resolved my issue without any hassle.

Return item not collected day 5 and counting. Customer service is extremely poor - they talk over customer and don't help fob you off with anything to get you off the line. Crying out loud all I want you to do is collect the poxy item and give me a refund.

www.VERYBAD.CO.UK I ordered roller blinds for £65 on thursday ,21 April 2016 at 13:32:23 ,estimated delivery time was monday . I was waiting a week for delivery , on thursday I checked order status and my order hasn't been dispatched !!! Order status was : RETURNED Today is Tuesday 3may , I checked my account , return status shows : Under our Home Approval Guarantee this item may be non-returnable. Please call one of our advisors on 0344 822 2321 to arrange replacements or collection. I have not even received this stupid blinds !!!! so please refund my money asap! Your store is a BIG JOKE!! The absolute worst service I've ever had. Aug 2015 I placed an order. It was delayed until Dec. When I logged on in Dec it was further delayed until March some 7 months after my 1st order, so I canceled. Had a text at the start of April saying balance not paid, as I had only placed 1 order I was bewildered. Logged onto the account and discover the item hadn't been canceled and as was click and collect was waiting at a shop (no text!!) Emailed expecting it sorted. 11 emails later still not resolved. Now had contradictory reply from differs people.like, and they now owe me money. 5 days left to resolve before I take legal action!!!! DO NOT USE.

I ordered two dresses off very, they were both really poor quality for the price I paid. I sent them back and added a review to the site. Funnily enough the reviews I wrote have never been shown. Don't buy from very.

Extremely poor customer service. Ordered Bose music system in December as there was an offer of 10% cashback credited to your account automatically when you chose Buy Now Pay Later. This was advertised as no code needed - amount would automatically be credited to account by the end of February. Two months on I am still waiting for this to be credited - amount of £50.00. Very deny all knowledge of this offer, will not respond to emails etc. I am now going through "Resolver" - if you ever see any offers - please take a photo of this as evidence.

Shocking customer service! Took payment for a sofa that was not on stock over the phone and then told me I would have to wait 3-10 days for refund. Offered no alternatives. This was my first experience with the company and OMG what a negative experience. Its a wonder the company exists at all with this level of customer care. GROSS INCOMPETENCE x 10 Ned

Pity there is not a zero star option. Ordered an item. Wrong item delivered. Days of calling, 5 promised call backs - none received. No resolution, no interest, no urgency, nothing. Full details explained a dozen times, emails sent, auto responses only received. Trading standars will be informed. Bbc will be informed. Credit card company used for purchase will be called. Small claims court will be engaged for recovery of phone calls, those 'free' minutes are mine not theirs. Call centre waits up to, and over, 30 minutes, can only assume this must be pissed off customers. I am certainly one of those!

Bought a new imac at £1200. This is my third so not a novice to macs. This one full of glitchs. Called very within 3 weeks of purchasing basically told tough call apple care. Was told by apple i had a 30 day grace period and some shops honour that a little more if it goes over this time. Very didnt care. Will never buy from here again

Ordered items back in Nov/Dec 2015 when a promotion was on with £20.00 back when you spent over a certain amount. 5 months later and more than 16 emails later still waiting for credit. Thinking of taking my business elsewhere now.

I wouldn't deal with this company again ever ! I was a customer for a couple of years . The last time I placed an order only half of it arrived. After weeks of phoning and emailing back and forward they finally got me to sign a declaration confirming I was telling the truth and that they could prosecute me if not. They then said they would send the missing items out. Two weeks no sign and no reply to emails either!! I've now decided to just pay what I owe and for the missing items as its not worth the hassle and expense of taking it further. I'll never buy anything from them again though and would recommend you stay well clear !!
