Terrible experience with Very. Ordered an item which apparently got delivered to me 2 weeks ago, I constantly tried to explain I never received it and they decided to start an investigation. Well, to our surprise item magically appeared in their warehouse. There was NO delivery attempts. They said they can not arrange to send the item back out to me and they will refund the money after 5 days. Also i have been advised that i have to repurchase the item which is now out of stock. When i asked to talk to a manager, the advisor who called himself Leigh said no manager is available. Utterly disgusted!!

I am a model user of Very, never late with a payment, always pay more than the minimum payment, but for no reason at all at an awkward time for most, they have kindly put my interest rate up from 39.9% to 51.9%, no warning, they just did it. When I wrote this report before they contacted me for my details, but never made contact, when I called their underwriters to ask why the sudden increase, they simply said 'because we can' I said fair enough, so now I pay it out and never use them again.

Ordered a wardrobe that has not been delivered yet but has gone down in price rang customer service waited over a hour to get through to be told they can’t change the price I would have to send it back and re order absolute joke I haven’t even had delivery of wardrobe yet so why not honour me the lower price

I ordered a pair of women's trainers in the black Friday sale. Today the order arrived containing a pair of men's loafers. Information on the website instructed me to return the incorrect item and reorder the trainers. When I did this I discovered they are now priced at £90 instead of the £63 I paid for them. I have tried to call the customer service number three times but each time have been cut off before speaking to a human being. There appears to be no way of emailing. Very unimpressed. Edit - Very have now responded saying they will honour the original price but I have to re-order the trainers at the full price and then they will issue a refund. Edit - Second pair of trainers have arrived, they have not honoured the refund promised. I will never order from them again.

Ordered items for Christmas. Pay in 3 all good sorted that payments would be direct debit. Received email from Very direct debit set up. All good. Payment day arrives text from Very you haven't paid your first payment of 3. And it will have interest added if not paid by date. Ha I set up a direct debit to stop that remember 🤔I then tried to make payment online no chance kept saying date had passed. Couldn't reach Very impossible. Great way of getting people in debt. Absolute shambles. Bill paid now in full NEVER AGAIN

Worst customer service ever .. never answer their phone. They always say high customer volume .. they cannot cope , they therefore cannot solve problems unless on their terms. You keep telling me I need to pay I paid I paid I paid .. you are awful.

Adding a negative review here to add to the list of negative reviews I've had to write in order to get into contact with Very. I would like someone to get back to my about my return. You keep emailing me asking me to send it back - but it has been sent back. It was faulty, I have my ring doorbell footage of the item being collected. Someone please sort this out. Ref number available on request.

Very are saying parcel delivered on 4th Dec 13.23 by Yodel. Never received this parcel have spoken to very Monday and on Tuesday. They said would sent a text to me so they could investigate. No text as such.Also told by a very customer service person that my parcel was left 115 feet away from my front door and to go and have a look around.Yodel have said they left it at my front porch but I have no front porch. Now they are saying they left it at my front door. Also it seem when talking to very customer service person on Tuesday the 6th dec he kept on laughing.Very then sent me an email with a photo with it saying we hope this is helpful to you to find your parcel.Dont know how the picture is a BLANKE SCREEN.Going to close my account with very .Advise people not to use this company and also yodel

Very Poor! ordered a Christmas gift online. it's being sent back by Royal mail as apparently, they tried to deliver. They could not have done it, as it's a business address. When calling Very, was on hold for 43 minutes and spoke to a lady called Candis, who did not care. said i will just get a refund in 5 days, even though i said i wanted the order. Then when asked where I could escalate my complaint was told to go online and look for an email address.

Terrible service rude customer service unhelpful. Item did not arrive no card no knock on the door I was in and the picture was not my house. They spoke to me like I was nothing no one replies and noone cares said they refunded it but no sign of it keep calling and on hold for ages then the unhelpful and rude. Their own customer service advisors complain about Yodel so why use them where is my refund

Parcel sent and not delivered, parcel on its way back to them. not to sure if Yodel and very work together, take your money pretend to send a fake package, track it all around the country and send it back. very strange. contacting very and yodel is very very hard. I will never buy from them again and I really hope other people don't either.

Ordered 2 items one of them was the wrong size. Called customer service, the lady on phone very unapologetic couldn’t care less that the item I bought was a gift and that returning would take up to two weeks to receive a refund. I said I want to make a complaint and I want an apology I then received an email saying - “we are sorry you felt the need to complain. We now consider this case closed”. There is a company who couldn’t care less about the customer. Don’t bother with them.

over a week late delivery - no emails - no updates, nothing - hours spent chasing for an update then finally just refunded me - i'll never shop with Very again i'd rather spend more elsewhere and get the service.

I ordered an item from Very on August 16th- it was delivered to the specified store but I didn't collect it in time which showed in the tracking history. Since then I've received two emails recharging it and when I checked the history again it said it was ndelivered to the same Click and Collect store on both Oct 25th and also Oct 28th TWO MONTHS after the original order and signed for by someone caled "jess" both times- which doesn't make sense!Also the person I spoke to at the store said they don't sign for Click and Coillect items anyway so someone is lying! Ive spoken to Very 3 times so far- they promise to remove the charge but don';t or they remove it then slap it on again! You need a code to collect an item and I've never given this store a code fr this item!
