Stealing money from your card, saying they are not able to authorize the payment - but charging your card. 40 min on the phone, still waiting for the customer adviser to respond. I wish I'd read reviews before placing an order, and I don't recommend this scam to anyone

If i could give a minus I would! False advertising on their site, advertising products that they don’t even have and when speak to customer services to ask where item is that i’ve ordered but not deliveredthey say “it’s not their problem” . They supply ‘tracking ‘ numbers for royal mail that don’t even exist and if you dare complain to their customer services you’re again told that ‘it’s not their problem’ and blame Royal Mail and claim your contract is with Royal Mail and not themselves ....they then put you straight through to royal mail tracking who ask for the tracking number supplied by Very....which of course doesn’t exist!!!! (The item I ordered was nearly 2K...which Very took from my bank within minutes of myself ordering!! (The item I ordered was nearly 1K.....which Very made sure they took the money out of my bank within minutes of my order ....for an item they can’t even supply!)Absolutely appalling company and will be reporting them

I placed an order on Friday the 15th of July and was told that the order would be delivered on Saturday. I was tracking the order online and there was no movement. I spoke to customer services and told that the order should still be delivered on the Saturday. The courier did not even receive the order until Sunday and did not dispatch the order until Monday. On the Monday, my order went out with Yodel. It was delivery 141 of 146. I was tracking my order online and at one point the driver was within 500 yards of my house but because his route was so poorly optimized, by the time he gave up and went home he was 3 miles away on the other side of town. It is now 10.30 am on the Tuesday and Yodel have contacted me saying there will be a delay. There is no estimated delivery time. Very customer service have told me I would have to wait 48 hours to find out if my order will be delivered today. A terrible company combined with a terrible courier means terrible service on all levels. I WILL NOT USE THIS COMPANY EVER AGAIN! And i suggest you do the same.

I got complaint from them via their customer service agent NOT TO GO TO TRUSTPILOT!!! i had to go to them to get something done as they obviously dont care and HE was cheeky and had an attitude towards me!!! then he hiked my huge refund onto my account putting PUTTING ME IN THE RED!!! after i came off the phone!!! and HE gave me a Minus figure against my account as well!!! i now have to wait 7-10 days for it all to be put right .. who is running this company????..

Very tried to bully me into taking out a 3 year loan, if I didn't take it they were block8ng my account. This waw in January this year. My account was not in debt and I was always paying as I should. This is horrible practise, my account was blocked because I didn't take out your bullying loan. I will be seeking legal advice on this.

I ordered a stroller in January for small granddaughter - it arrived and we struggled to do up the straps so returned it in May having used it once. All seemed fine - but no refund. Yesterday I received the same stroller back - and spoke to customer services who said I had left it too long for a refund and also the straps had been cut! Which was nonsense - nothing has been cut. Spoke to manager who wasn't going to give way in spite of my pointing out the rubbish (lie) about cut straps so am stuck with buggy I don't want. Quite shocking in this day and age when refunds are so simple provided the item isn't damaged. (had to give one star btw as it wouldn't let me type anything until I did. No stars is what I meant).

Honestly just the worse I've ever dealt with, if you manage to get through to someone, congrats! But know they won't reply any further after that. I find the best way to get their attention is to leave bad reviews or file a complaint, otherwise they simply don't care. Of what they sell, many other companies also sell, and they arent any cheaper than anywhere else so honestly shop elsewhere. You'll get much more communication and respect. Avoid this terrible company.

Very service is disgrace and misleading This is company is a joke because if you donot pick up their call they can take away your credit limit . First they gave you the limit when you try to use it somebody sitting in the office call you after 7 o clock for some reason if u donot pick up the call he decided not to let you buy the stuff you want . I will definitely share this experience on my Instagram and social media account including Tik tok . Plus they send me email to contact them by call so that they can tell me again that they cant provide the service I requested . I will keep giving reviewing them until somebody from their head office donot contact me

Ordered Canon printer - received promptly [Yodel get 5 stars] - packaging was battered - actual printer box looked as though it had been opened and resealed with sellotape - contents of box was haphazard - printer cartridge's had been opened and already in place within the printer - transit locking tape / tags had been removed and was strewn alongside the instruction book - other paperwork was crumpled - then I found a found a previous 'returned goods note' from 21/05/2022...still proceeded to set up the printer...it didn't work... Have ordered a printer from John Lewis and when it arrives I'll pursue the Cancelation Process with Very - rather than go down the 'returns' route'. I will try to phone the Customer Service Centre...but given comments here don't hold out much hope - will not be buying from them again - and will be telling folks of the poor quality products sold as new on their website.

Ordered a beard trimmer, paid more money for next day delivery but four days later I received a used, old, and full of hair trimmer and it says in receipt it’s not returnable item.

Ordered a TV, checked it was on stock it was. Payed extra 15£ for 24h delivery. Received confirmation email all good. In the morning next day received txt message that my item won't be delivered and they will reschedule it. First no mention about refund money that I paid extra for delivery, second I contacted customer service and it was awful, lady that I spoke to was didn't care about nothing, her attitude was I gave a s**t. So I cancelled the order on website because I could buy same TV elsewhere straight away. Most funny thing after 40min of my cancelletion I received email from Very that they have to cancel my order, so pathetic I cancelled it not you. Very very bad experience, definitely won't be buying anything from them.

Awful service booked a fridge freezer Saturday 14th of May for delivery today 21st May giving them a whole week to arrange. Got a text message last night 20th of May at 18.46 to say deliver not possible and to arrange another date the earliest being Tuesday 24th of May. We disposed of our freezer yesterday 20th of May along with any items that were in it. We had ordered £100 worth of new fresh and frozen food for delivery this morning and now have nowhere to put it . Were Very interested ? NOT AT ALL.

Absolute nightmare trying to send an item back No return label sent to me Cannot speak to anyone. Have spent over an hour trying to figure out how to get hold of someone to help. Really poor customer service The return App is awful I clicked on Royal.mail return nothing no.label sent to me so clueless as to how I send my.parcel.back Such a time wasting excercise and very frustrating

Terrible customer service. I ordered a keyboard and mouse, this failed to materialise and after three weeks I phoned to enquire. They said they would refund but that I would have to pay for the order again which I was reluctant to do and declined. Thankfully I chose not to put my faith in them and re-order the keyboard as the refund has still not made its way to my bank account. Frustrating and uncaring service. Avoid at all costs!

Worst company I have ever had to deal with. They put on a front of wanting to help customers but ultimately they don’t care. They’ll do very little to help YOU. Avoid at all cost.
