“I was most impressed recently when I made a mistake with the size of my order. I ordered 4 kgs instead of 400grams! Ended up buying 2kgs. It was handled very well by Vincci who credited me the difference between 4kgs and 2kgs and the larger bag was returned.”

“Impressed with the efficiency of my online purchase. Though i mess up my recurring order, help from the whatsapp staff was helpful and they rectify it for me. Delivery was prompt, ample notification from delivery dispatcher, and when asked to leave item at gate, they sent a photo to show item is delivered as requested. Overall, happy customer”
