"This has been one of the most stressful and disappointing experiences I\u2019ve ever had with any online service. I bought a ticket for Guns N' Roses WEEKS ago, paid in full the moment it was released, and to this day \u2014 just days before the event \u2014 I still haven\u2019t received my ticket.\r\n\r\nWhat\u2019s worse? Viagogo never clearly mentioned during the purchase that I\u2019d have to wait until the same day of the event to get my ticket. That\u2019s completely irresponsible and misleading.\r\n\r\nI don\u2019t live in Abu Dhabi \u2014 I have to book flights and accommodation, but how am I supposed to do that with no ticket in hand? They\u2019ve left me in a state of uncertainty, unable to plan anything, worried that I\u2019ll lose hundreds of dollars and miss an event I\u2019ve been excited about for months.\r\n\r\nTheir customer support is cold and robotic, just repeating policies without offering any real help. And the worst part? If the ticket doesn\u2019t show up on the event day, it\u2019s too late. You get a refund but miss the entire event \u2014 who covers my travel, hotel, and emotional distress? No one.\r\n\r\nThis is beyond unprofessional \u2014 it\u2019s irresponsible, inconsiderate, and completely unacceptable. I wouldn\u2019t recommend Viagogo to anyone. Avoid them at all costs if you care about your plans, your money, or your peace of mind.\r\n\r\nThey\u2019ve ruined what should have been a great experience. Never again."
