Bought two tickets September 2020, the concert was rescheduled for May 2022. I that time I moved and the new date was mid week and I could not attend. Tried to get a refund but no way. Said I could resell so I tried. Every time I listed the ticket for sale I got an email confirmation but online they kept telling me I had not relisted the ticket. It is obvious to me now that I have lost £183.46 and these guys just get away with ripping people off. I will shout from the hilltops to whoever will listen, DO NOT GET TICKETS FROM VIAGOGO!!! Complete rip off merchants.

Went on their website yesterday 6/4/202 to see how much it would cost to buy a ticket for a sporting event in September in Italy. I decided to book the ticket after their website stated that they had 3 or 4 tickets left in the section I chose and I had 10 minutes to decide if I wanted to make the purchase or abandon the tickets. Feeling pressured by their website I completed the purchase. When I received the confirmation email about my purchase they stated that the tickets would become available only on the 28th of August which is less than a week away from the event in question. So I decided to google viagogo and found many websites with viagogo clients stating they were scammed by viagogo and even found a website that states that the Electronic crime division of my country actually had solved cases concerning viagogo. So I decided to cancel my order and contacted their customer service only to be told that my order cannot be cancelled and that I can't receive a refund for the money spent which was a total of 340.40 euro they even told me to resell the ticket purchased but I told them how can I sell something that I have yet to receive and that I might never end up receiving? I just want my order canceled and my money back.

I purchased tickets to an event that was cancelled. There was no make up date, it was just a full cancelation. I contacted Viagogo several times and each time they would say they were processing my refund. Fast forward several months and now they are saying they will not refund me, but they will allow me to sell the tickets with no processing fee on their site. YES Sell the tickets to an event that didn't happen, and wont happen ever. How much do you think I can get for those do you think?

This is a disgraceful company to deal with. I ordered 3 seats for a concert and they sent 3 standing tickets and just kept saying they were correct and I was wrong. They will not care about a poor review so please please do. It use this company for any service. I can guarantee you will be disappointed and they will not listen to any reasonable comment about their service

Bought a concert ticket on the morning of the concert. Received E ticket and it was for the show that happened the night before, even though ticket confirmation was for the right date. Customer service no help and £113 out of pocket. Trying to claim money from bank for traudulant selling.

The good - Easy to purchased the tickets and a good delivery The bad £131-89 paid for my tickets !!!! When i received the tickets the actual price was £35 each So we all expect to pay for any service but £61-89 is quite honestly a total bloody rip off I will not use this company again and advise others to avoid like the plague RIP OFF

Terrible customer service. Won't give me my money for tickets I sold. And threatening to charge me even though I sent tickets (after a huge amount of calling them /emails) as buyer hadn't provided shipping address. I had used them in past no problem (pre-pandemic) so assumed it would be OK.

If I could give zero stars I would. Bought three tickets through them for an event in April 2022. Due to covid, the event was postponed to July 2022. Because of this, we can’t make it now. No refund offered, with the explanation of it only being postponed, not cancelled. The customer helpline was not helpful at all. I then put the tickets up for sales, but I couldn’t even select for them to be sold individually, only as a bunch of three. I went down in price so much for them to finally sell, now I get a confirmation email to say that I’ll get my money 8 business days AFTER the event, in case the new buyers don’t make it to the venue, regardless of the fact that I have sold my tickets. So if they can’t make it for whatever reason, I’ll be missing out on my £150, when I paid £350 for them. It’s an absolute joke. Don’t buy with this company. Protect your money, make your life an awful lot easier and go elsewhere. Absolutely disgusting business model and customer service. Will never be buying again.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS Effectively, this is a LEGITIMISED SCAM - AVOID AT ALL COSTS. Massively overpriced and utterly inflexible with no option for a refund if not happy. Unlike most reputable companies you may be used to, they offer no cooling off period (which, surprisingly, is legal for companies offering event tickets). It's nothing short of a legitimised scam with no customer protection, so check carefully before buying. Or better still, avoid all together and use a well-known reputable ticket provider or direct from venue. As other reviewers say, their only 'solution' to a request for a refund is to offer you the 'opportunity' to sell the ticket and pass the scam on to some other unwitting victim (assuming they don't realise the true cost). They are a market place first and foremost (think Ebay if Ebay were to take well over 100% commission and refuse any resolution). Absolute cowboys. This should be illegal, but sadly doesn't seem to be. Avoid, avoid, avoid.

STAY AWAY !!!! I bought and sold a set of tickets on their website last November and they wont pay me my money. So I have now paid for the tickets (€363) and another person has paid for the same tickets and they still won’t pay me. I have emailed them and called them over 20 times and they keep telling me my bank account details are wrong. I sent them my bank details via their “default method” via email and over the phone and still they say it is my fault because I am giving them incorrect bank details. One of their customer service agents told me “they are struggling to pay all their customers” so I presume they are using the “incorrect bank details” story on everyone !!! Ridicules company to deal with as the customer service person on the phone is always lovely but can do absolutely NOTHING to help the situation. There is no such person s a supervisor or manager, all you get is the same generic emails after every call and email.

If I could do zero stars, I would. This company is NOT a legit ticket seller. DO NOT USE THEIR SERVICES!!! I was robbed out of $1000 for a one day ticket to Ultra Music Festival. I was told I would receive the tickets by March 21st and not being comfortable waiting that long I requested to cancel my purchase and get my money back. They REFUSED and said I had to list them for sale on their site. I did that, then two days ago got an email that my tickets didn't sell and they'd be shipped to me. It's the night before I get on a plane to go to the festival and the tickets are not here. SCAM SCAM SCAM!!! STAY AWAY

SCAM... Provided proof and I kept doing job of support. I originally verified myself through email, providing confirmation of cell of tickets and support needed worthless screen prints that proves absolutely nothing but to take up my time so I could not see my game

Horrible company, horrible customer service. Didn't provide tickets in time for the concert. Kept offering suggestions that were not possible, as the event had passed. Kept saying "it will be forwarded to the relevant department," and never was. I am still asking for a refund, and told him I would be telling any platform I could about my experience. Stay away and always use TICKETMASTER!!!
