Bought two tickets September 2020, the concert was rescheduled for May 2022. I that time I moved and the new date was mid week and I could not attend. Tried to get a refund but no way. Said I could resell so I tried. Every time I listed the ticket for sale I got an email confirmation but online they kept telling me I had not relisted the ticket.
It is obvious to me now that I have lost £183.46 and these guys just get away with ripping people off. I will shout from the hilltops to whoever will listen, DO NOT GET TICKETS FROM VIAGOGO!!! Complete rip off merchants.
