“Vinted, do you have actually customer service that is able to read and has an IQ in double digits? Your "service" seems to be a joke, there are tons of scammers on the site, tons of fakes, if you report the fakes and explain why they are fake, you do NOTHING, however you remove genuine items. Maybe get some people that don't just spam you with auto replies, people who can read and have working brain cells, because the way you are going, you are setting yourself up for massive law suits. I have complained to Citizens Advise regarding your shady dealings and reported a few of the fakes to the companies who own the copyrights. I hope you get sued to kingdom come”

“I’d like to give no stars! I set an account up to sell genuine items and I was blocked! I provided all relavent information they asked for and they came back saying they wanted more pictures as it wasn’t proof enough.. stay clear of this terrible app.”

“Vinted you are a utter disgrace. Your customer services skills do not exist and are a complete waste of time. I hope the owner of this company is ashamed. Stay clear. Completely useless and unhelpful and you will lose money while they gain.I’ve reported this company through every chanel I could so hopefully they will start being investigated and closed down . More people should be doing the same as clearly they are robbing people.”

“I click an issue button within the allowance time and Vinted issues the fund without checking an issue been rise. Pay protection fees for nothing, blind salary for them to have a job”

“As the title says, I got blocked. I'm currently still arguing with customer support about it, mostly out of spite. This was for counterfeit items. The item in question is a pair of genuine platformed Dr. Martens. When I put the listing up, I followed the suggestion of ways to prove legitimacy and took photos of the branding inside and the sizing chart on the tongue. I put them at /less/ than half-off (for 180 quid shoes) and I honestly wouldn't be surprised if my listing got revenge reported because I wouldn't sell them for £50. So I got blocked instantly, with no warning or post-takedown or anything. And apparently, photos of every which way isn't good enough to prove they're real. On a second-hand clothing resell site. Because I'm expected to have receipts and boxes for a present I received three-four years ago. Now I can't track my purchases, despite supposedly being able to do that anyway. I probably won't be able to cancel/get my money back or anything if something goes wrong either. Talking to customer service about this is like talking to an automated bot. They also told me I got perma-banned (again? Double-blocked lmao) for 'my second violation'- which appears to be the fact I opened a ticket about this. It took bringing that up twice for them to go 'You are within your right to file any complaint you wish, and we will make a point of cooperating whenever needed.', which isn't really addressing the fact that they said otherwise. They also list every single response as done by a dif person, which is either bot behavior or stupid. Im posting this review on every reviewing site. I have never bothered to leave a bad review in my life. Accusing me of this for no reason and with no evidence is just that irritating to me. Take this suggestion seriously- Do Not Use.”

“STAY AWAY!!! Do not download or use the Vinted app. It is horrible. I sold two items and after two weeks I do not have my funds. You will never get a response from customer service. They are electronically generated and you will get no personal attention. Do yourself a favor and use another app like Mercari. Vinted is the worst experience ever. They should be banned from existing. I’m ver frustrated.”

“bought 4 perfumes 1wks ago from what i thought was 4 different people . only found that out as i asked for tracking details and return addresses were the same phoned royal mail and items are coming from china and seem suss so i messaged vinted 3 seperate times only to get an automated responses saying they would get back to me . in the meantine said 'one was received' which it wasn't again automated reply . vinted are fine taking your money .. worst site EVER STILL NO PERFME”

“full of fake items or badly damaged items, since the buyer has to pay tracked and insured return scammers rely on sending out rubbish, if you leave a bad review you get a bad review back, most of the items that are branded are fake and Vinted will side with the seller, in this case contact the label and send them the item with a screenshot, they need to be shut down as they literally enable scammers”

“Terrible they change their policies to suit them. I brought a mug and it arrived broken, not refunded because I had to pay to send it back. I would only get the original postage and money for the item. How does that work. Now I sell a coat and the buyer has been refunded because it has bobbles on it. They have refunded her and she get to keep the coat. What is the point of the insurance it is only another name for commission. I would say use facebook or ebay”

“Buy on finted is always a risk, buyer protection does not work (I had a lot of problems, there is no benefit from vinted at all). I am really don't get why they take the money from the buyers. But they are perfect at bulling the sellers. Sellers can not use photos from the Internet, for example. Ok, but how to show then the dress sit on the human? The seller must wear the goods on himself? But didn’t the respected vinted think that this was at least not hygienic. Of course not, they themselves never buy anything there.”

“The WORST customer support experience! I was enquiring about a completely different item and issue, but the customer support agent- Ema, went ahead and cancelled a transaction that is still in smooth progress!! Totally unrelated! I have asked for the cancellation to be reverted, but it seems that they don’t understand any languages at all!! They kept coming back telling me something totally irrelevant and so not the issue. I just wanted them to revert the cancellation they did without me asking for it. Almost a week now, i have not heard back from them, and the issue is still not resolved! This is such a bad seller AND buyer experience! It’s even shocking that this type of terrible customer support still exists in year 2022!”

“OH MY GOD! Cannot believe it, sold a high priced game, buyer reported arrived broken. They sent picture and it showed plastic box cracked, back of game only snapped in bits, back of box unbroken and front cover and booklet that was in front of game in perfect condition. I asked for a photo of the front of the game to prove it was same game broken and that they had not replaced with a cheap game and they refused, and vinted gave them the money back straight away.”
