“Fast and friendly service. Only thing that worried me was a typo by VisaHQ staff. Last name was misspelled on emails. I was assured that it was spelled correctly on forms. (I knew that already because I filled out the forms.)”

“Amy Pisto very understanding and helpful. Unable to book appointment online (as i have been told the server down for many days particularly close to Christmas). Google search shows working hours 8.30-3 pm in Melbourne, but they actually opened only at 9. I have been given the impression they are open till 4 pm but they actually close at 3. This is very crucial for many who may have to travel to the VFS office and take time off work but end in frustration as the time planning would fail”

“Visa HQ has always come through for me, and this time was no exception. Victoria, at the Los Angeles branch, kept me informed of all my concerns with calls and e-mails, (even with a weekend e-mail). Very professionally handled. The people there are very friendly and knowledgeable. My Visa was taken care of quickly, and in plenty of time for my trip. Thanks to all ! John”
