“Initially, when I made a few phone calls with questions, a couple of the people who answered the phone had a tone that seemed to say: "dumb question", Almost made me choose a different company. But, once I was able to get the applications to you, the woman doing the actual processing was great.”

“I would like to thanks Latika for her response and status update in every few mins even after the office hours which gave us the confidence to opt your service again in the future as well. This first-time service from Visa HQ come on time through which we got the Saudi Visa within our time period. This was not possible without her hard work and tremendous client engagement towards us.”

“Your workers were absolutely great. When they rejected my photo, they told me what is wrong with it so it was easy to fix my problem I liked the fact you guys have on-line help which other sites do not have Thank you to everybody”

“All in all, thank you very much for the processing of my husband's and my visas for our upcoming trip. Not great: Some instructions for the online form weren't as clear as they could have been. When I called for clarification, I would sometimes get a really knowledgeable representative; on one occasion, not so much. But still OK. I was unhappy, however (and I acknowledge this was probably an error on my part), that my online form disappeared after I had printed out the completed application and FedEx label. I received an email a few hours later asking me to complete my online form. When I called VisaHQ, I was told the form was no longer in the system (even though I was holding the printed application that had resulted from the form). Stuff happens; I have no idea what may have occurred to cause my form to disappear. I redid it and finally mailed in our two applications. Great: The best part of the process, by far, were the email notifications every step of the way once VisaHQ received our applications. And the very timely manner in which we received our visas. I may have struggled through your online process, but the ultimate outcome was great. Thank you.”

“I was very pleased with the service we received securing our tourist visas for China. The computerized information transfer was easy and Carlos was great at answering questions, timely responses and following through with us on receipt the visas from the consulate. Thanks for everything. We should receive our passports back on Monday; didn't anticipate the need for Saturday delivery. Hopefully it will arrive on-time.”
