“First of all, thank you very much VisaHQ, I just got my US tourist visa and I'm so excited. I'm especially grateful to Laura, who from the very beginning was very very helpful, and so friendly, and she explained everything in detail with so much patience. I know from previous experience that visa applications can be very stressful.... at least mine were very stressful. But Laura did everything so carefully and meticulously. I must also add that she is also a very humble person. After she filled in the online application, she asked me to double check over and over gain and usually no agency does that. That shows quality in service and dedication. If I would need anything else in the future regarding a visa, I would definitely come back to VisaHQ. Thank you VisaHQ. And thank you so much Laura.”

“The process was very confusing and we had to go back and forth with amended documentation several times. I would have liked the staff to be more specific about what was needed in the email notification instead of having to chat back and forth to get the details.”

“Rest was well streamlined. however the behavior of the delivery personnel was not professional. He was rude on calls and mentioned to call all the other Uber members to come and collect the visas from the recpetion instead of calling himself. Also mentioned that he will leave and cant wait as he has a lot of work”
