“Very easy to follow the application but the application questions do not really explain or are directed towards cruise ship arrivals i.e cruise ship name instead of Hotel name and address. Otherwise speed and service from the team was very good.”

“Your website stated 3-5 days for processing at the embassy. My Visa was approved early the first day the embassy had possession. Why did it take 5 days - this is extremely misleading and caused undue duress on the part of many people on my side of our arrangement. If there was never any chance of getting it in 3 days which seems to be the situation since it was approved quickly, you should probably change your information to reflect the later time frame. Unhappy with that situation which your company served up. It's a simple change to fix it and nobody is going to complain about getting their VISA earlier than expected.”

The estimated processing times on our website are provided by each consular authority; our team has no control over whether or not processing takes more or less time than is estimated. It's important to understand that visa issuance is completed solely at the discretion of government agents for each country. We do everything in our power to provide accurate information. I hope this has provided you with some clarity. Again, my apologies that you are not completely happy with how your application was handled in this instance.
