“Fantastic service, they were able to answer all my questions and connection with them put my anxiety at ease. The process at the at BLS VISA was nice and simple. My documents were checked beforehand and a representative queued up for me - I was waiting less than an hour. Only slightly negative feedback was in regards to communication: Because of the slight language barrier between myself and the staff, things got a little frustrating for both parties (over the phone). And With Jarmon, my representative on the day, there was miscommunication and I met him a little late but the appointment still was smooth Thanks l!”

“In the beginning I wasn't sure but I glad I did because my application was handled with such professionalism and promptness. I had my Visa with ease because of the work that was done behind the scene by Visa hq”

“First of all, thank you very much VisaHQ, I just got my US tourist visa and I'm so excited. I'm especially grateful to Laura, who from the very beginning was very very helpful, and so friendly, and she explained everything in detail with so much patience. I know from previous experience that visa applications can be very stressful.... at least mine were very stressful. But Laura did everything so carefully and meticulously. I must also add that she is also a very humble person. After she filled in the online application, she asked me to double check over and over gain and usually no agency does that. That shows quality in service and dedication. If I would need anything else in the future regarding a visa, I would definitely come back to VisaHQ. Thank you VisaHQ. And thank you so much Laura.”

“The process was very confusing and we had to go back and forth with amended documentation several times. I would have liked the staff to be more specific about what was needed in the email notification instead of having to chat back and forth to get the details.”
