“My experience with VisaHQ was fabulous. Passport was picked up on Monday afternoon, sent to Chennai by Tuesday, submitted at Korean embassy on Wednesday, got visa stamping done on Thursday and passport delivered back in Bangalore on Friday ! Appreciate this efficient and super-fast processing. Thank you !”

“I have never used a visa service before and was a little apprehensive about getting the process right and parting with my passport before an important upcoming trip. I received excellent tracking and process updates and my process was complete and passport back in my hands well before I expect. Well done.”

“Very happy with communications and service. My head hurt just reading the requirements and process for my visa. I completed a simple online application, downloaded the completed VISA application, printed it out, and sent it along to VisaHQ. I was even able to print my FedEx shipping label and have that added to my charges. Could not be simpler. I was *very* apprehensive about shipping my passport but the agent on the phone explained the process and walked me through it. It was actually so easy compared to the "direct process" I figured it was too good to be true but the company really streamlined the process for me. I will also arrive in the foreign country knowing I did not screw up the application or omit some critical information. Very satisfied with this company. I have saved their information and will definitely use and recommend them in the future.”

“Bad service by Raja, poor follow up by Amio. Overall bad customer experience. Later I found that VisaHQ is outsourcing the process to Rangoon Air Travel Pte Ltd. I will never use VisaHQ again and will definitely not recommend VisaHQ to anyone.”

“The process provided a very poor experience. There was no proper communication on the steps. Miscommunication when the pick-up of the passport, no status update during the processing time, I had to follow-up twice with no answer by e-mail until I reached out by chat. The duedates provided were not honored. Overall a very frustrating experience.”

We strive to provide all of our clients with timely updates regarding processing and I am sincerely sorry that didn't happen in your case.
