I had the most terrible experience with this company. The people treating you are extremely lazy and inefficient. My family got Singapore visa in 2 days, however they took 28 days for me and still asking more documents. I have to cancel the application at the last minute. The representative were non responsive. They do not take your emails seriously. They do not get on calls and most importantly getting you’re just one customer for them among the bunch. I am not sure if I’ll be able to travel but I sure will not be using this company in future. Please take care of these points.

Very inefficient customer service (chat and email). They still charged the full fee for making an internet booking with the consulate where we had to personally submit our documents. What a useless service and a scam

Really bad service i paid £93.80 online and i thought they will give appointment but they said i need to post all of my document after few hours i realized i can apply directly from embassy i emailed and called them to cancel application it was less than 24 hours they told me first cancellation fee is £12 but they emailed me and told me will refund only £67 :((( which is not fair and i don't recommend to anyone

My request was received by Rachit Gupta from your team. The service provided by Rachit was extremely bad. He was not responsive over mails and calls several times. Due to this I could not get an early VISA appointment slot which led to so many re-paperwork and confusions. Please educate your team with the urgency and professional ethics going forward.

It took forever to get me the visa. By that time i already got one myself from the embassy. The price they asked for was double the cost of the actual visa, fair enough if they were quick, but they were extremely slow.

Pathetic Customer service. The customer service was talking over me, literally angry rant and not letting me talk. I was calling to get the info that I didn't know and expected a more polite service. Of course, I finally managed to get all the information required but after a hard time. The CS was Gavin Durst.

Visa HQ filled incorrect details in my form and hence the form was rejected for UK Visa. Due to this, I want refund of the amount of fees given to Visa HQ.

This was literally the worst service of my entire life. I spent hours of my time and thousands of my dollars and all of that was wasted because of VisaHQ. I had to cancel my trip because people at your company couldn't communicate with each other about a change in my itinerary, then when I spoke to someone about it, it took two days to get a response and there's still been no resolution. Again, I've done a ton of work with many service companies and I have never once had a worse experience.

VISA HQ services are really confusing. We (me & my wife) applied for Singapore Tourist VISA fromMelbourne as we are Indian citizen, paid visa fees AU$ 104.50 per person total: AU$ 209.00. In the receipt it's written: "Single Entry Tourist Visa to Singapore for Sanjib Mukherjee with 5 business days turnaround at the consulate./ A$104.50. Single Entry Tourist Visa to Singapore for Sushma Mukherjee with 5 business days turnaround at the consulate./ A$104.50" When we went this morning (11/09/2019) to VFS office in Melbourne, they said we have to pay again fees @ AU$95.00 per person. We paid again AU$190.00. VFS said, VISA HQ has nothing to do for the visa and they are travel agent only and advised me to get return from them. I wonder how VISA HQ can accept online payment of A$104.50 per person against Tourist Visa fees. I felt cheated by Visa HQ service, when I called them for refund my money they refused.

I have not received my passport back. The LA office is useless and less than helpful. They claim they sent it back on August 30, but there is no record in the Fedex system. I received an email saying the visa was submitted and would be ready on August 30 and on August 31 I received the survey. I never received an email saying it was sent. Very disappointed by your lack of service. I used you guys previously and never had a problem, but now I do.

VisaHQ is a SCAM!!! The company is unscrupulous and I am going to make a complaint to the Information Commissioner Office about the way in which my personal information has been fraudulently obtained online. VisaHQ attempted to charge me approximately £150. For a visa that actually costs €50!
