I gave details and paid for 6 no’s US visa in 2018 December. For my family and myself. Till date trying to get my application finalised By the staff there. In last 7 months 5 reps of visa HQ have already changed and keep on asking for copies of submitted forms, which they should provide me fully completed. Let’s see what magic this new 5 lady does this week. Currently she is trying to tell me that the process doesn’t work this way... Wonder what’s next??

It was really the worst experience ever with Visa HQ , and I called your service centre and raised a complaint and i even asked that someone from your quality dept to call me back but nobody bothered. Out of my experience, VisaHQ has low quality of customer service, as I registered for getting a visa, and paid the fees, then no response at all after that, they left me confused, don't know how to proceed, don't know what's the next step, and they don't even help by even answering phone calls, I get tired calling on their phone number, without getting any response, I called more than 10 times within the working times, and no response at all. what shall I do then, Please at least answer the phone calls.. I came to you to help me not to put me in a critical situation .. Please help your Customers!

Not really happy, customer service was not satisfactory, demoralising people from the beginning, not giving any hopes. Unprofessional attitude towards the customer. I think u need somebody who has good knowledge about this job. I was Preety confident but didn’t got result in favour. Try next time. Thanks

Got the visa 3 days before travel although it was applied more than a month before. Had to chase embassy in UK and local area myself for three times as I was concerned. Contacted VisaHq three times but they are not concerned and kept saying we are chasing it. The receptionist was not patient enough to answer the calls. I will never use them again.

In regard to the processing time, unfortunately, our team has no control once applications are delivered to the appropriate embassy or consulate. We do everything in our power to make sure our clients' applications are approved quickly; our estimated processing times are based on information provided by each government agency, but we cannot account for additional requests that must then be fulfilled by the applicant. Total dissatisfaction. Visas for Faroes, Iceland and R of Ireland not supplied. You stated could not obtain for Faroes but not correct. Appointment at VFS made 2 weeks before journey when takes 3 weeks to obtain visas. None of visas arrived in time. My wife Yanning WEI could not travel as a result. HOLIDAY.RUINED. I am sending letter requesting refund of fees paid. Howard J PATCH

Customer service was completely nonexistent! I tried to call the office located in Richmond Hill during their hours of operation. I did this several different times and after 22-30 minutes of "please remain on the line, we are currently assisting other clients" the call went to their voicemail system. I left a message on their voicemail asking to be called back. My call still hasn't been returned. I also tried to contact them through their online chat option (which supposedly responds within 30 minutes.) Well, that was on Monday and Tuesday this week. Now it is Friday and my messages are still "unread". What a horrible experience! I knew it sounded too good to be true!

Julie was not on top of anything - she kept making mistakes like getting my dates wrong, not checking details and requesting things twice that I've already submitted, booking the wrong visa centre... almost every email from her started with "my bad", which is extremely unprofessional. I ended up doing everything myself.

Poor response. So many times I tried to call there office number, always call disconnected while following the instructions. Secondly, they are not replying on the online portal. Veery Disappointed

ناس مش محترمين نهائي معندهمش خبرة في اي حاجه نهائي الموضوع ببساطه كلمت خدمة العملاء لقيتهم ردوا في ساعتها وكلموني باحترام قولتله عايز اعرف ايه خدماتكم قالي احنا بنجهز ورقك كااامل و بنراجع وبنفضل معاك خطوة بخطوة قالي اول خطوة هناخد ميعاد قولتله ماشي سيبني يومين وهأكد عليك بس ابدأ اجهز ورقي ولا لا علشان مش عاوز اتزنق قالي لا بناخد ميعاد الاول وماتخفش عندنا وقت كتييير بعد يومين قولتله يلا بينا ناخد ميعاد سيبته 3 ايام ولسه مكلمنيش روحت مكلمه قالي لسه مردوش بعدها بيوم قولت اكيد هو مابيفهمش لانه واضح من الاول انه مش بيفهم اصلا روحت بعت ايميل طلب مقابلة للسفارة قومت غسلت وشي ورجعت لقيتهم بعتولي ميعاد مقابلة بعد 9 ايام كلمته وبعتله الايميل وقولتله انا اخدت الميعاد اومال انت كنت بتعمل ايه الفترة دي قالي ميعادك بعد 4 ايام قولتله انا معملتش الورق وانت قولتلي مبدأش في الورق دلوقتي 770قالي يلا بس روح اعملي ايداع بنكي ب وكلمني بأسلوب زبالة روحت عملت الايداع وكلمته قالي بكرة يكون عندك الورق عدي يومين وزنقني و معترفش بغلطه واخر يوم بعتلي الورقة اللي هي الابليكيشن اللي انا اعرف املاها بصوبع رجلي وقولت اهو هما نصابين وخلاص ومساعدنيش في اي حاجه بس المهم اني اخد الفيزا السياحية بتاعتي طبعت الورقة وطلعت علي السفارة ودخلت الورق لقيتهم بيقولولي ايه البزنس اللي انت طالع علشانه قولتلهم انا سياحه قالولي اهو الابليكيشن مكتوب فيه انك طالع بيزنس واترفضت المقابلة علشان انا ورقي غلط كله بسبب ناس ملهاش اي 30 لازمة نصابين وخلال ايام هيجلهم محضر من القسم لاني رفعت قضية وهيروحوا كلهم في ستين داهيه والمكالمات متسجلة و الاثباتات معايا انهم نصابين برجاء عدم التعامل مع الناس دي

Poor follow up and consult. They easily make from a simple case into a complicated one which refused. I do not recommend to any one to waist their money and time with them.

I placed an order for a UK visa and then had to cancel it a couple of days later due to change in travel plans. VisaHQ charged me 30% of their service charge or ~Rs. 3000 as cancellation fee - just for sending me an email with the list of documents to be submitted with the visa application. I consider this exorbitant since this information is readily available on the UK government website. I am never using VisaHQ again.

Dear all, I am very surprised to read all the good reviews. I cannot believe it at all. I am waiting for any feedback for more than 1 week now on my visa application which I did along with downloading all requested documents and having paid the service in advance. Even the helpdesk chat, I engaged two times, were unsatisfied and with very delayed responses. Fact: until now, no feedback on the process of my visa request. That is not even 1 star worth, but minus 5 stars.

Charged enormously high for hongkong Visa just for applying hongkong pre arrival registration and ultimately it's not successful

Totally unprofessional service. The application form had around 10 mistakes (like date of birth, address, countries visited, monthly spend, etc) When I asked them to be changed, I was told the appointment date will not change, but I was infact given an appointment a week later (this left only 2 days between my visa appointment and my flight). I was also told I will get my form on Sunday, but on chat, the person I was dealing with kept saying Sunday is a holiday and so I will get my form on Monday. Why is there no consistency in what different people in visaHQ say?

Very poor service and no considering for the unique character of each request. Nobody answered to my phone calls even if i left voice mail and no response on the chat either. I paid for nothing (didn't receive any services or visa product) and when i ask for a refund by mail the aswered right away that they can't refund me... I will not renew my experience with Visa Hq and you better check with the embassy of the country you are visiting firts before doint things with Visa Qh.
