Dear all, I am very surprised to read all the good reviews. I cannot believe it at all. I am waiting for any feedback for more than 1 week now on my visa application which I did along with downloading all requested documents and having paid the service in advance. Even the helpdesk chat, I engaged two times, were unsatisfied and with very delayed responses. Fact: until now, no feedback on the process of my visa request. That is not even 1 star worth, but minus 5 stars.

Charged enormously high for hongkong Visa just for applying hongkong pre arrival registration and ultimately it's not successful

Totally unprofessional service. The application form had around 10 mistakes (like date of birth, address, countries visited, monthly spend, etc) When I asked them to be changed, I was told the appointment date will not change, but I was infact given an appointment a week later (this left only 2 days between my visa appointment and my flight). I was also told I will get my form on Sunday, but on chat, the person I was dealing with kept saying Sunday is a holiday and so I will get my form on Monday. Why is there no consistency in what different people in visaHQ say?

Very poor service and no considering for the unique character of each request. Nobody answered to my phone calls even if i left voice mail and no response on the chat either. I paid for nothing (didn't receive any services or visa product) and when i ask for a refund by mail the aswered right away that they can't refund me... I will not renew my experience with Visa Hq and you better check with the embassy of the country you are visiting firts before doint things with Visa Qh.

I was looking to apply for a visa to Bolivia. After a quick google search, Visa HQ came up. I thought this was a site that was set up thru the gov't for visa applications. I paid a $30 "embassy fee", filled out some questions and waited. After I realized this was not thru the gov't I called to request the $30 embassy fee to be refunded. They refused. I feel like I was misled into thinking this was a necessary step in the visa application. I paid $30 for a service that I do not need or want, and have not received any service for it. Won't be back.

Two major mistakes. 1. You forgot to include St Petersburg in my itinerary. Had to send it back. Stayed on the phone and web site for more than 3 hours. I sent emails, tried to chat for more than 2 hours, no response, and left phone messages. No one communicated with me until I phoned Peter's tel number in Ottawa. Mistake number 2, I phoned to find out when I can expect my visa as it was getting very late. I was told May 26th. My flight was May 17!!!!! No one noticed or cross referenced the problem. Lucky I phoned.

I received little to no help using this company. I did everything on my own. Even when I called in just to get a list of documents needed for my interview, I was able to find it by using google faster than the agent assisting me. This was a total waste of my money!

Very bad Experience, seems like your rep misled us, first of all he called us to submit the docs at the Embassy of Philippines New Delhi on a holiday and wasted our time, We had applied for multiple entry one year business visa, not sure why the demand draft that he submitted at the Embassy was for single entry visa, he wasn't very convincing when we asked him why he was submitting the demand draft (visa fee) for Single entry visa, he said that the rest of the amount will be paid at the time of visa decision/approval. I would like to know why would you charge my company for multiple entry visa fee when the Visa we got was for single entry? very unprofessional.

bunch of crooks. held themselves out as official chinese consulate office. visa requirements are inaccurate and nothing but headache. glad i discovered the incompetence before i proceeded further

Awful, awful, awful. Did not give me the right visa I paid hundreds for. They even wished me "safe travels" after they knew I didn't have the time to send it back in to them for a correction. And why would I send it back to them? They messed it up the first go-round. Not sending it internationally again (Diplomat overseas) especially since I'm traveling on Easter break with my kids to Israel. Ugh. Horrible! You should have refunded my more-than-$700 I wasted with you to avoid bad reviews I'm smattering across social media.

Horrible! I paid over $700 for expedited visa services to west Africa and got some random woman‘s photo on my visa. >:-( there is no time to send it in to get a new visa because my trip is too soon. For a photo verification of my incorrect visa, just do a Google search. I’m posting the photo everywhere…

HORRIBLE! They put someone else's picture on my Gambian visa. Now my business trip to West Africa is ruined, and I paid hundreds of dollars for the service. >:-( If you can do the job yourself, do it. Otherwise, you might be out of a trip.

Unfortunately, the VisaHQ team has no control over processing once applications are handed over to government agencies; visas are issued solely at their discretion. Bahrain, in particular, is known to reject visa applications for no apparent reason and I am sincerely sorry your application was not accepted. VisaHQ Dubai, The worst guys to approach for Visa assistance, 100% fake , no genuinity at all. I will never ever recommend these guys, unless someone want to risk their money as a service charge to them. I approached them thinking that they will provide a professional support and get the visa process done in a proper way, they were prompt till the payment, later that I had to push them hard for updates, even responses were unacceptably slow, all they care about is good feedback and follow up for better online review each time we try to reach them. In my case i have so many doubts about their service, the moment I made the payment, they said the application is submitted to the Embassy for visa process, don't know how that happen in within a minute, before payment they told their visa experts will contact us guide us for proper submission, nothing happened. I doubt they have not filled the correct names on the forms. After much follow up, i got a mail that both my visa applications got rejected, and they have no valuable reason for the rejection. Such an unprofessional guys, I would strongly recommend the readers of this post and my friends to never ever try this guys(VisaHQ Dubai).
