Horrible! I paid over $700 for expedited visa services to west Africa and got some random woman‘s photo on my visa. >:-( there is no time to send it in to get a new visa because my trip is too soon. For a photo verification of my incorrect visa, just do a Google search. I’m posting the photo everywhere…

HORRIBLE! They put someone else's picture on my Gambian visa. Now my business trip to West Africa is ruined, and I paid hundreds of dollars for the service. >:-( If you can do the job yourself, do it. Otherwise, you might be out of a trip.

Upon looking into your order, I see your application was submitted to Bahraini authorities within mere hours of being completed. Unfortunately, the VisaHQ team has no control over processing once applications are handed over to government agencies; visas are issued solely at their discretion. Bahrain, in particular, is known to reject visa applications for no apparent reason and I am sincerely sorry your application was not accepted. VisaHQ Dubai, The worst guys to approach for Visa assistance, 100% fake , no genuinity at all. I will never ever recommend these guys, unless someone want to risk their money as a service charge to them. I approached them thinking that they will provide a professional support and get the visa process done in a proper way, they were prompt till the payment, later that I had to push them hard for updates, even responses were unacceptably slow, all they care about is good feedback and follow up for better online review each time we try to reach them. In my case i have so many doubts about their service, the moment I made the payment, they said the application is submitted to the Embassy for visa process, don't know how that happen in within a minute, before payment they told their visa experts will contact us guide us for proper submission, nothing happened. I doubt they have not filled the correct names on the forms. After much follow up, i got a mail that both my visa applications got rejected, and they have no valuable reason for the rejection. Such an unprofessional guys, I would strongly recommend the readers of this post and my friends to never ever try this guys(VisaHQ Dubai).

I used VisaHQ to purchase a Non-Business double entry visa to China. My first visit needed to be for 41 days (as outlined on my letter of invitation.) When I received my visa from VisaHQ it was a double entry visa but the duration of my visits was only for 30 days each time. This would mean that I would have to leave the China in the middle of my visit and re-enter, thereby activating my second visit, which would then mean that I could not re-enter the country for my original second time. I immediately contacted VisaHQ and after several days of emails was told that there was nothing they could do to correct this; that 30 a day duration was Chinese policy. I ended up having to drive 4 1/2 hours (each way) to personally visit the Chinese Embassy Visa section in Washington, DC and explain the situation to a visa counselor, who said that she could fix this but I would first have to void my existing visa. I did this, I paid for expedited service and after I drove back to DC the next week (two trips!) I received my new visa, with the 60 day duration for each entry that I required. I spent 18 hours driving time (~1000 miles total,) and 3 hours in the Chinese Visa office, plus the price of a new visa because VisaHQ didn't provide the visa I needed in the first place. I've made several email appeals to VisaHQ to be refunded the $393 cost of the original visa which was not what I needed for my trip but have received no satisfaction to date. I am extremely disappointed in the service (or lack thereof) that I have received. I have used VisaHQ 4 or 5 times in the past and have recommended them to friends and family. I cannot imaging using VisaHQ again.

Hello Dear Ed, First and foremost let me apologize for all the inconveniences that you had to bear through this process. Carlos briefed me on the issue and understand your frustration. As hard as we try to make every effort to ensure that you are fully informed every step of the way, please be rest assured the visa consultants followed every step necessary to have your visa completed in time. As Carlos, stated, the Chinese Embassy visa policy does not allow for stays for more than 30 days for certain visa types, in your case the F -Non-Business visa. If more than 30-day stay is required, it is entirely at the Consulate's discretion to give the longer stay, which we have no control over. However, that certainly does not excuse the fact, that your messages went unanswered and no further advice or guidance was given. It is with regret that you are disappointed in our services, but rest assured VisaHQ did everything as per policy and per China F visa policy to ensure your visa was completed in time. We certainly welcome and thank you for your suggestions and your feedback, as this helps us improve upon our customer service. Since the visa was issued as per procedure, we would be happy to refund you the Embassy fees, and the return shipping fees in good faith. Once again, we do sincerely apologize and understand your frustration and the additional time and expense you had to endure. Bad service by Raja, poor follow up by Amio. Overall bad customer experience. Later I found that VisaHQ is outsourcing the process to Rangoon Air Travel Pte Ltd. I will never use VisaHQ again and will definitely not recommend VisaHQ to anyone.

Your workers were absolutely great. When they rejected my photo, they told me what is wrong with it so it was easy to fix my problem I liked the fact you guys have on-line help which other sites do not have Thank you to everybody

Hong Kong branch might be a scam considering that no information about their offices is given and the phone number is a Mainland one. No one ever replied to me online or picked up the phone. The only thing I could do on the website is to pay for the service - smart :D

I found this website through searching for several and I regret not choosing a different one. I called several times asking questions about the visa process because it was my first visa and I was lied to, I don't know if it was intentional or not but I felt the agents told me what I wanted to hear for me to submit my application and pay 200 dollars extra. They told me to substitute some documents and it would work, to only send originals. Now my visa was cancelled I lost over 1k in cancellation fees, passport fees, plane ticket, visa fees, and the Consulate won't return my W-2 form because I didn't send a copy I sent the original how VisaHQ had told me. When I emailed VisaHQ about this they said they couldn't do anything because my case was closed and they no longer had to deal with it, I need my W-2 form so I emailed the consulate and now I am in another legal process to retrieve my W-2 form. Going through VisaHQ has given me nothing but headaches, if they had told me from the beginning the papers you have won't be sufficient there is no way around the requirements I would had saved a lot of money, now they blame it on me and say remember there is no refund. It's ridiculous I will find a different way to make my visas in the future.

My name is sameh tawfik and I paid for the service to apply for Morocco Visa and after I paid the money via master card, I was told that you will need to come to the embassy coz the morocco embassy will only give Visa to the traveller himself. I requested refund on the same day I booked the service and I was told 2 to 3 weeks for the money to be refunded. It has been over 2 months and I am still waiting for the money. This is the 6th time I contact you and every time you email someone to process the refund and nothing is received. Poor poor service

Horrible company to deal with. Claim to have prepared all documents carefully then come to find out they did not submit the main document to the embassy. No one answers the phone ever when you call and after finally getting through they just repeat the same thing on the phone over and over while having an attitude. Regret dealing with them and the expedited service is a scam. Don’t waste your money !!!

I paid $200+ to apply my china visa. I have sent all my documents. They told me to do it myself because the embassy request. Not giving me any reason why I need to do it in person. It turns out that I need to drive 5 hours to DC doing it myself and not given any refund or reimburse my lose. It sounds like Ridiculous!!!!
