“Total utter scam, they want $100 dollars as a consultation fee. I called to get clarification on an item on their web page and the representative kept saying we need to pay money to talk to them. I told him I only wanted clarification on the web site and the documents being asked for and the resentative kept saying he can only answer questions after we pay him $100. I then asked if the process issues a visa and he said, no we only consultee. After reviewing the web site, no where does it say they do not issue visa's, the web page eludes to this but does not say it. If this is legitimate why do they hide the fact that its only a consultation service and will not clarify their own web site?”

We strive to handle all calls with the utmost professionalism. Rest assured that reviews like yours help make us better. There seems to have been some miscommunication during your experience with us. Although VisaHQ is a consultation service, we DO also help clients like you submit visa applications. We are NOT an embassy or consulate; these government agencies are the only bodies that can actually issue visas. I would also like to provide you with a bit of background about the company. VisaHQ was founded in 2003 and is based in Washington D.C. The company now has 24 offices in 12 countries, with further expansion planned throughout 2019. We have excellent relationships with numerous embassies and government agencies around the globe. I hope this information will help you decide to reconsider using VisaHQ in the future. “i had applied for the visa earlier and to be honest i had big doubts if i will get the visa just on time before my flight but VISAHQ did it and made my day would recommend 10/10 excellent services and very easy process😍✨✔✔”

“Amazing service - I mailed my passport and visa application overnight. As soon as VisaHQ received it, they sent me an email to let me know. 30 minutes later I received another email saying that my paperwork looked good. About 30 minutes later I received another email to let me know that the application was submitted to the consulate. 3 days later, I received another email to let me know that the consulate had approved the visa. Another email to let me know that my passport was being mailed back to me. In other words, excellent communication! My passport was back exactly a week after I sent it out. And I didn't pay for any extra services. Would highly recommend VisaHQ.”
