“I have nothing but praise for your company. You saved my trip, and I mean that very literally. I had tried to apply, and it's not my wheelhouse, and I must've messed up because my application was not accepted, and I was out of time to fix it so I thought I was going to have to cancel or make other arrangements. Fortunately I had also out of desperation submitted an application through you. I received a message telling me you needed a different picture of my passport, and one of your support staff explained exactly what was needed. When I'd updated it, she expedited it to a specialist and an hour or so later I was notified it had been submitted. When I received the notice that my Visa was approved, on a Saturday, I couldn't believe how you'd come through. It meant the world to my family too. It should go without saying but I want it clear that I will always use your service, and I will tell anyone with a trip coming up to do the same. Thank you so very much. Troy”

“Total waste of time and money. Let me explain why: 1. In case with the USA visa the role of VisaHQ is minimal. I could have filled in the form myself online but thought VisaHQ has the capacity to submit my application on their own. In fact VisaHQ did not add any value and simply forwarded my data onwards 2. I would fill in the application in one go while VisaHQ was very slow to process my application 3. When I asked for a sooner appointment at the embassy I was told there is no need since it usually takes around 5 business day. I told VisaHQ that I encountered a problem with TAL (Technology Alert List) previously so I expect my process to take much longer. The timing was bad for me since I didn't have a new GNIB card but did already have a GNIB passport stamp to prove my residency till 2020. I was ready to take the risk and wanted to go to the US embassy earlier and with no GNIB card rather than later and with it. I was assured going later is the best option. As a result everything happened the way I expected - I was put through TAL processing and I am not going to get my visa on time. This is exactly what I warned VisaHQ about but my concerns were ignored. 4. After the visa interview I updated VisaHQ about the situation but nobody could expedite the process Overall I feel there would be a higher chance for me to get my visa on time if I didn't engage VisaHQ at all. Besides this cost extra money and didn't add any value”

In regard to value, we save applicants like you precious time by driving to the embassy or consulate, waiting in line, and double-checking paperwork for accuracy. Ultimately, our team can save you from having to cancel your trip due to document errors. In your particular situation, I am sorry you feel your concerns were disregarded. “The application process was easy. I received my visa quickly. But I had problems printing it. Apparently a Windows 10 issue, so Visa HQ should make sure that the file is compatible for common software platforms. When I called Customer Service to understand the printing problem, the agent had no suggestions. When I asked if I could show the visa on my phone if I couldn't print it, the agent was very rude, saying that he had never been to Vietnam, so how would he know if electronic vs print would be okay. I replied that VisaHQ is supposed to be an expert on visas and they should know if I can use an electronic version. He just basically told me it was my problem. Finally able to print on an Apple. A lot of people don't have multiple machines.”
