“I found this website through searching for several and I regret not choosing a different one. I called several times asking questions about the visa process because it was my first visa and I was lied to, I don't know if it was intentional or not but I felt the agents told me what I wanted to hear for me to submit my application and pay 200 dollars extra. They told me to substitute some documents and it would work, to only send originals. Now my visa was cancelled I lost over 1k in cancellation fees, passport fees, plane ticket, visa fees, and the Consulate won't return my W-2 form because I didn't send a copy I sent the original how VisaHQ had told me. When I emailed VisaHQ about this they said they couldn't do anything because my case was closed and they no longer had to deal with it, I need my W-2 form so I emailed the consulate and now I am in another legal process to retrieve my W-2 form. Going through VisaHQ has given me nothing but headaches, if they had told me from the beginning the papers you have won't be sufficient there is no way around the requirements I would had saved a lot of money, now they blame it on me and say remember there is no refund. It's ridiculous I will find a different way to make my visas in the future.”

“The process of applying for the online visa was quite straight forward. The VisaaHQ site is also quite easy to navigate. I was able to upload required documents quite easily and I’m not the most tech savvy person. The best thing is the record response time. A few minutes after uploading my application, I got an email response and in about 24hours, I received an email confirmation about the completion of the process.”

“Excellent response time from VisaHQ representatives regarding any question's that I had. Fast and Efficient turnaround time. The request took a little over 7 days because the email request for additional information was in my spam folder.”

“This was the first time that I had to do this. I was impressed by how I was kept informed as to the status of my application. Also, when I had a question and talked to an employee (there were a couple of phone calls and different employees), I was politely and professionally received and the questions answered. I would recommend VisaHQ.”

“Reasonably easy to navigate web site. Had difficulty doing 2 visas at the same time. The toll free number was helpful once, but did not receive good guidance from one agent, who was abrupt with us. Received visas in very timely manner and very good with e mail updates.”
