“My request for a visa was turned into the embassy promptly by your office in DC, but at that point things went south. Instead of the five days they advertised the embassy in question took 9 days. Bottom line, I made my travel arrangments, but barely, and at considerable personal disruption. I know your office is not responsible for embassy slowness but I had to repeatedly call your office in order to energize the proceedings. I did not feel as if you had my back. Charlie King”

Hi Charlie, Thanks for leaving your feedback about VisaHQ. I would like to personally apologize for the negative experience you had obtaining your visa. As you stated, our team, unfortunately, has no control over processing times once applications reach the appropriate embassy or consulate. Although we do our best to keep tabs on progress and expedite the process for our clients, it is not always possible for us to hasten government proceedings. “The process was quick and very simple. Much easier than obtaining traditional visa twice before; however, I don't know what it be like when I go thru Immigration in Chennai.”

“No experience with other service. Got two visas for two persons ok. But at one point it appeared passports would be returned with only one visa. Due to E-mail notices, I responded and all went well and efficiently. Don't know that there would have been an issue without my response. Helpful chat in setting up initial input.”
