“This was the first time that I had to do this. I was impressed by how I was kept informed as to the status of my application. Also, when I had a question and talked to an employee (there were a couple of phone calls and different employees), I was politely and professionally received and the questions answered. I would recommend VisaHQ.”

“Reasonably easy to navigate web site. Had difficulty doing 2 visas at the same time. The toll free number was helpful once, but did not receive good guidance from one agent, who was abrupt with us. Received visas in very timely manner and very good with e mail updates.”

“Found the service friendly and very efficient after a slight hiccup at the start when the person who answered on the switchboard seemed ponderous and unsure of where to direct me but overall very satisfied”

“Very easy to follow the application but the application questions do not really explain or are directed towards cruise ship arrivals i.e cruise ship name instead of Hotel name and address. Otherwise speed and service from the team was very good.”
