“Customer service was completely nonexistent! I tried to call the office located in Richmond Hill during their hours of operation. I did this several different times and after 22-30 minutes of "please remain on the line, we are currently assisting other clients" the call went to their voicemail system. I left a message on their voicemail asking to be called back. My call still hasn't been returned. I also tried to contact them through their online chat option (which supposedly responds within 30 minutes.) Well, that was on Monday and Tuesday this week. Now it is Friday and my messages are still "unread". What a horrible experience! I knew it sounded too good to be true!”

“Everything went very smoothly in getting my China visa. I did the application online, collected the documents using the checklist they provided, and from getting all docs to them on one Friday about noon, they had the docs delivered to the Chinese consulate that afternoon, and I had my visa delivered by Fedex the next Friday. Excellent service!”

“Very pleased that we chose your service. Our travel pros recommended CIBT but after spending a lot of time with their proposal we decided to research other visa companies and VisaHQ came up being the best. We also like the fact that the cost was $99.00 for the four day service compared to $169.00 from the competitor. The form was easy to fill out and the frequent email communication letting us know how it was progressing has been a huge plus. Thanks for all.”

“Griselle was swift in spotting documents I omitted and listening to feedback from the VFS office for future clients; information that is not available on the website for example, letters from employers on contracts and that I am going on holiday should be no less than 30 days old. Job well done, thank you!”

“Everything was great, except that at first, right after I placed my order, I could not get timely feedback when trying to fill out the application form. Even though your website says someone is available 24/7 I did not find that to be accurate. But I was very pleased with the process once I got my application mailed off.”

“I appreciated the personal email from Kenyatta Bryant so much. She needed another bit of information and I thought for sure that my application would fall into the ‘black hole’.
