Hi Awwa, Thanks for reviewing VisaHQ. I would like to personally apologize for the processing issues you experienced. We strive to exceed our clients' expectations and that clearly didn't happen in your case. Unfortunately, however, our team has no control over processing times once applications are delivered to the appropriate embassy or consulate. We do everything in our power to make sure our clients' applications are approved quickly; our estimated processing times are based on information provided by each government agency, but we cannot account for additional requests that must then be fulfilled by the applicant. “I thought the site form was explained and good they offered a chat service for questions. I had someone who had use the site before who explained the form else i would have had some questions. We just sent in the rest of the required documents.”
