“Not really happy, customer service was not satisfactory, demoralising people from the beginning, not giving any hopes. Unprofessional attitude towards the customer. I think u need somebody who has good knowledge about this job. I was Preety confident but didn’t got result in favour. Try next time. Thanks”

“Got the visa 3 days before travel although it was applied more than a month before. Had to chase embassy in UK and local area myself for three times as I was concerned. Contacted VisaHq three times but they are not concerned and kept saying we are chasing it. The receptionist was not patient enough to answer the calls. I will never use them again.”

Hello! Thanks for sharing your feedback regarding VisaHQ. I would like to personally apologize for the problems you experienced throughout your application. This is not the standard of service to which we hold ourselves and I am sincerely sorry for the customer care issues you found yourself dealing with. In regard to the processing time, unfortunately, our team has no control once applications are delivered to the appropriate embassy or consulate. We do everything in our power to make sure our clients' applications are approved quickly; our estimated processing times are based on information provided by each government agency, but we cannot account for additional requests that must then be fulfilled by the applicant. “The online form was not suitable (did not allow for dual nationality). My application was correct but was held up while VisaHQ confirmed back to me. This delayed processing. The customer service was a little downbeat (possibly language barriers).”

“The application process went great, but when I got my passport back it had a visa hq sticker on the back. Removing the sticker required using rubbing alcohol to remove the remaining adhesive which left a discolored patch on the back of my passport. We have a few other visa services suggested at our company and this was just enough of a pain to make me consider using another one in the future.”
