“It was really the worst experience ever with Visa HQ , and I called your service centre and raised a complaint and i even asked that someone from your quality dept to call me back but nobody bothered. I need to talk to someone in your quality service to explain more about that poor experience. My number is 00971506529170”

“Out of my experience, VisaHQ has low quality of customer service, as I registered for getting a visa, and paid the fees, then no response at all after that, they left me confused, don't know how to proceed, don't know what's the next step, and they don't even help by even answering phone calls, I get tired calling on their phone number, without getting any response, I called more than 10 times within the working times, and no response at all. what shall I do then, Please at least answer the phone calls.. I came to you to help me not to put me in a critical situation .. Please help your Customers!”
