Hello! Thanks for reviewing VisaHQ. We're glad you had a good experience overall and we sincerely appreciate your suggestion. Unfortunately, however, our team has no control over processing times and consular requests once applications are delivered to the appropriate embassy or consulate. We do everything in our power to make sure our clients' applications are approved quickly; our estimated processing times are based on information provided by each government agency, but we cannot account for delays on their end and, therefore, cannot provide median processing times since every application is completely unique. “Customer service was completely nonexistent! I tried to call the office located in Richmond Hill during their hours of operation. I did this several different times and after 22-30 minutes of "please remain on the line, we are currently assisting other clients" the call went to their voicemail system. I left a message on their voicemail asking to be called back. My call still hasn't been returned. I also tried to contact them through their online chat option (which supposedly responds within 30 minutes.) Well, that was on Monday and Tuesday this week. Now it is Friday and my messages are still "unread". What a horrible experience! I knew it sounded too good to be true!”

“Everything went very smoothly in getting my China visa. I did the application online, collected the documents using the checklist they provided, and from getting all docs to them on one Friday about noon, they had the docs delivered to the Chinese consulate that afternoon, and I had my visa delivered by Fedex the next Friday. Excellent service!”
