“POOR COMMUNICATION AND NO WAY TO GET A HOLD OF VISAHQ. The 800# on line has extensive wait times and no way to leave a message. The phone number attached to Peter's e-mail is a recording that says "no one is answering this phone" and no ability to leave an e-mail. The only contact we had was Peter. If he happens to be around he answers his e-mail but if he is out there is no response for hours or until the next day. In the end we got the Visa but dealing with someone with no means of communicating with them is entirely unacceptable.”
