“Pretty good and fast service. Would have been rate Very Good if making just a few corrections had taken less than 36 hours. No delivery as I picked it up myself at the downtown office”

“Julie was not on top of anything - she kept making mistakes like getting my dates wrong, not checking details and requesting things twice that I've already submitted, booking the wrong visa centre... almost every email from her started with "my bad", which is extremely unprofessional. I ended up doing everything myself.”

“The website wasn't all that easy to understand/navigate. Perhaps you could add an instruction page: a step-by-step on how to fill out the application (especially for multiple applicants). Having said that, Keith was very helpful and answered my questions so i could get it done.”

“I had a delightful experience getting my visa with VisaHQ. Lata, from the Delhi office was extremely helpful, and went over and above to help me obtain my UK visa, which was a challenge, given the rush around the ongoing Cricket World cup.”

“Everything went pretty well. the 1-3 days service needs to be clearer that this means once the application is with you office the 1-3 day service starts then. Apart from this all good!”

“The responsible staff (PIC) are proactive and could well respond to questions. I have no comparable experience (e.g. through other agents for the same Destination), but I had experience with an agent that almost charges any single thing/ service (including deposit box for laptops) that was not proactive--we paid the email notification service, but agent didn't promptly notify costumers when visa application has been received at the agent.”

“Viktoria Bogdanova in the DC office assisted me with my Russian visa application and was absolutely wonderful. She answered all my questions promptly and efficiently, and was ready to help in an instant when I ran into trouble. Having her help with my application made all the difference. “Poor response. So many times I tried to call there office number, always call disconnected while following the instructions. Secondly, they are not replying on the online portal. Veery Disappointed”
