“Poor follow up and consult. They easily make from a simple case into a complicated one which refused. I do not recommend to any one to waist their money and time with them.”

“Easy to use, very responsive to e-mail communication. I had a late-addition document and they helped make me feel reassured that it was being handled properly. One suggestion: indicate specifics of the invitation letter (China) up front before application process, so that applicant can have the right letter in advance.”

“I did not have a straightforward application for a visa to China. Therefore I had many questions and concerns. Josephine and cohorts at VisaHQ were extremely prompt and attentive assisting me through the application process answering all my questions via email and phone. Their website updates and email were also helpful. I would recommend them highly.”

“Each member of the VisaHQ staff we interacted with was helpful, patient, and professional with us as first time travelers abroad. They explained everything,communicated prompty through email and kept us updated on the status of our Russian visa applications. We will definitely get our next visasa through VisaHQ!”

“I did not want to UK bec of social reason. I requested to stop Visa even before I provided you with all document. But they took my money and refuse to get it back however I still in the beginning. So I never contact this agency and I will advise my colleagues not to use this institution in future.”

“Had paid fees amounting to approx 18k, which included 6k for consulate fees and rest for VisaHQ service fees. The only service provided was in taking the Visa appointment. Everything else, right from filling in the application to collection of Visa was done by me. Over and above that, we had to pay the consulate fees all over again which thankfully was refunded to us almost a month later. There was no support at the consulate office and even the last minute rush to pay the Visa fees had to be undertaken by us. So 12k for an appoint? that is a rip-off !!!. I would have liked a refund of that too. Maybe a 1k for appointment would be fine. In any case, no further services from VisaHQ for me atleast.”
