“Two major mistakes. 1. You forgot to include St Petersburg in my itinerary. Had to send it back. Stayed on the phone and web site for more than 3 hours. I sent emails, tried to chat for more than 2 hours, no response, and left phone messages. No one communicated with me until I phoned Peter's tel number in Ottawa. Mistake number 2, I phoned to find out when I can expect my visa as it was getting very late. I was told May 26th. My flight was May 17!!!!! No one noticed or cross referenced the problem. Lucky I phoned.”
