“Overall good process! Thank you for helping me getting a tourist Visa to China. I was kind of in the rush, so I paid extra for processing fast -3 business days. And I sent a prepaid overnight envelope to return my passport to me after process completed. It was easy to complete application and chat works very good for answering quick questions. Email are supposed to be received with status of process. I received prompt emails for documents received and ready to be submitted. The day they told me they will be submitting my application to the consulate, I kept checking my VisaHQ account status, and it was not updated neither email was received. The next day I emailed VisaHQ and agent about my status. They responded quickly and professionally, apologizing and telling me that my documents, in fact, were submitted the day before, as planned. Thank you !!! After that, I kept receiving emails with the status of my Visa, etc. Thank you! Overall it was a very easy process.”

Moreover, the directions and instructions they gave me for completing my application were simple and easy - there were no issues throughout the entire process! “Excellent service .. I was so gratified that I had a personal contact (Vlenia) with personalised email, which together with some general VisaHQ emails means I was guided all the way - and everything worked exactly as I was told. For the biometrics I was told who/ where to meet and I got a punctual/ personal service. The only small thing is that after I posted my passport there was a 2 week gap until my biometrics appointment. I was of course anxious to know that the passport had arrived safely, but I got no reply from either email, or from messages I left in the phone answer machine. That made it a nervous 2 weeks until I got to the appointment.”

“VisaHQ provided the best customer service that I have received in a very long time. Having never been out of the country, I was expecting a lot of time and effort needed to help me make the trip of a lifetime come true. Even when more documentation was needed, VisaHQ was available by phone and email to walk me through the steps. I would highly recommend them. It was well worth the asking price.”
