“Online application for China visa straightforward and handled efficiently by Visa HQ. My only surprise was the return of passports by Fedex. We paid for standard overnight return - VisaHQ gave the package to Fedex on Friday Aug 2 so I expected delivery on Sat Aug 3, yet it was not delivered until Mon Aug 5.”

“The tracking system was not updated in my case and the return package was delivered after inquiries (later than expected). Multiple one year visa application was changed to double 3 months.”

“The web based form to be filled needs work because it didn't allow me a "save & quit" option so I could enter what I knew and cleanly go back later. I ended up redoing stuff several times. Frustrating! That said, the phone in customer service is excellent and Peter went the extra mile to help in expediting my Russia VISA. I would definitely recommend your service.”

“I was quite happy with the results that you people did for me was very unhappy with some of the things that happened to the process of getting it done trying to communicate with somebody that doesn't answer the phone was certainly very frustrating I had to clarify that my paperwork had to be signed by notary but was not able to contact anybody over the phone to get a simple answer I think you really need to step up to the plate and and give a 1-800 number to allow people to get answers I do realize that you probably do thousands of these every year but not being able to communicate and having to wait for emails from whoever was certainly not a good way of doing things I found it to be very frustrating but nobody would answer the phone I was very skeptical about sending my passport away for your people to do your jobs after being paid before the job is even done that concerns throughout the whole process but the end result was good so thanks for that”

“The only reason that I rate VisaHQ a "Good" rather than a "Very Good" is because my first visa provider was very unhelpful. I ended up having to call support to get proper help which I thankfully did. In result, the assistance I got from that person was out of this world excellent as they called and e-mailed me with updates in every instance I needed them for my very frustrating situation I went through.”
