“The whole application process was excellent. Only reason for not giving 5 stars is that I found email communication to be a little lacking. Responses were often slow and a bit vague. Communication via phone was considerably better.”

“Timely service, responsive to inquiries. Fee structure could be clearer on website. Did not learn about substantial increase in VisaHQ fee for non-business and double entry visa until after submitted.”

“I thought the service overall was good. my only feedback: I ordered the same day courier but the courier service was having some trouble so visa HQ arranged overnight courier, I was not re-funded for this (overnight is cheaper than same day) and it made me concerned I wouldn't get my visa in time.”
