“There was confusion in setting up the order, since it was complicated by the fact that I had two international trips closely spaced. However, once we figured out the best pathway, the service was excellent.”

“Everything went well except it was not clear to me where to download the scan of the passport page. It had to be sent in the next day in an email.”

“I received my visa within the allotted time, despite my documents being delivered to the wrong embassy. Staff dealt quickly with this mistake. VisaHQ has delivered consistently good service over the years.”

“I thought the service overall was good. my only feedback: I ordered the same day courier but the courier service was having some trouble so visa HQ arranged overnight courier, I was not re-funded for this (overnight is cheaper than same day) and it made me concerned I wouldn't get my visa in time.”

“The process was very confusing and we had to go back and forth with amended documentation several times. I would have liked the staff to be more specific about what was needed in the email notification instead of having to chat back and forth to get the details.”
