“I thought the site form was explained and good they offered a chat service for questions. I had someone who had use the site before who explained the form else i would have had some questions. We just sent in the rest of the required documents.”

“I have twice telephoned and both times staff were helpful and polite. The actual form took longer than I expected but my visa was received within a week.”

“The service is very good. The website for providing information needed for your application is relatively clear and straightforward. The process of submitting my information and the response from the visaHQ team all worked very well. My only difficulty in the process was, at one point, I called for customer service, and the rep who handled my call was rude. Otherwise, the experience was excellent.”

“Overall the service and interactions were very positive. Some delays, created by me, were handling expeditiously. The online form for India, was missing two information fields the consulate required, while a third one, which is on the form, was apparently not shared with them.”

“It was my first time to use VisaHQ I had some delays which I felt I could ask back for my passport, however I was impressed by the way the Director of the company calmed me down and showed this real concern . She went the extra mile for me to be able to get my visa and I would recommend VisaHQ as they are genuine and caring.”
