Overall the service and interactions were very positive. Some delays, created by me, were handling expeditiously. The online form for India, was missing two information fields the consulate required, while a third one, which is on the form, was apparently not shared with them.

This is my first time applying for a Visa so I don't have anything to compare your service too. I did appreciate the timely updates and having Gio meet me at the China consulate in S.F. He was very helpful as was Mary House.

It was my first time to use VisaHQ I had some delays which I felt I could ask back for my passport, however I was impressed by the way the Director of the company calmed me down and showed this real concern . She went the extra mile for me to be able to get my visa and I would recommend VisaHQ as they are genuine and caring.

Service was good and easy to use. Would be good if the estimated periods for processing were updated to include the average wait period at the consulate as well.

Unfortunately, however, our team has no control over processing times and consular requests once applications are delivered to the appropriate embassy or consulate. We do everything in our power to make sure our clients' applications are approved quickly; our estimated processing times are based on information provided by each government agency, but we cannot account for delays on their end and, therefore, cannot provide median processing times since every application is completely unique. Everything was great, except that at first, right after I placed my order, I could not get timely feedback when trying to fill out the application form. Even though your website says someone is available 24/7 I did not find that to be accurate. But I was very pleased with the process once I got my application mailed off.

Pretty good and fast service. Would have been rate Very Good if making just a few corrections had taken less than 36 hours. No delivery as I picked it up myself at the downtown office

The website wasn't all that easy to understand/navigate. Perhaps you could add an instruction page: a step-by-step on how to fill out the application (especially for multiple applicants). Having said that, Keith was very helpful and answered my questions so i could get it done.

Everything went pretty well. the 1-3 days service needs to be clearer that this means once the application is with you office the 1-3 day service starts then. Apart from this all good!

My family was struck by tragedy recently, and has to make a quick trip overseas to see family. We need travel visas to get to our destination. I reached out to VisaHQ, and have had a positive experience with them. After have some initial misunderstandings about why I was unable to obtain just single entry visas, the team at VisaHQs has been very responsive. I appreciate receiving periodic status updates via e-mail, so that I can monitor the process. It is a bit frustrating that there is a minimum of 3-week back log to obtain travel visas to the country that we are traveling to, but that is more of a Consulate issue vice a VisaHQs issue. Again, an overall positive experience. Thank you.

Overall good process! Thank you for helping me getting a tourist Visa to China. I was kind of in the rush, so I paid extra for processing fast -3 business days. And I sent a prepaid overnight envelope to return my passport to me after process completed. It was easy to complete application and chat works very good for answering quick questions. Email are supposed to be received with status of process. I received prompt emails for documents received and ready to be submitted. The day they told me they will be submitting my application to the consulate, I kept checking my VisaHQ account status, and it was not updated neither email was received. The next day I emailed VisaHQ and agent about my status. They responded quickly and professionally, apologizing and telling me that my documents, in fact, were submitted the day before, as planned. Thank you !!! After that, I kept receiving emails with the status of my Visa, etc. Thank you! Overall it was a very easy process.
