“Your fees are very high, but your service is very good. Peter has been especially helpful and responsive. Considering the short timeline for getting two different visas, he was very helpful. ....I urgently need my passport back by the end of August, so let's see whether visaHQ delivers.”

“Off to a rocky start as Peter could not acsess the form for himself, it kept bringing my paperwork up. So one of your team had to fill this in for him which took at east 1.5 hours. Eventually all went well as victoria met us at Russian HQ and the paperwork went good. We now have our passports back and look for to visitringSt Petersburg.”

“My visa came through successfully and in time. I wasn't able to track it with the information I had and had to keep ringing up to check its progress. More information was requested subsequent to the original successful application and this slowed the visa down by a week or so, which, given my time limitations, was a bit of a worry. Everyone I spoke to was helpful and it was certainly considerably easier than going through Gerry's, as recommended by the Pakistani High Commission. Many thanks.”

“The web based form to be filled needs work because it didn't allow me a "save & quit" option so I could enter what I knew and cleanly go back later. I ended up redoing stuff several times. Frustrating! That said, the phone in customer service is excellent and Peter went the extra mile to help in expediting my Russia VISA. I would definitely recommend your service.”

“The experience was of mixed feelings as thought the £51.00 fee was expensive and was shocked by the amount and thought was excessive for the time it taken.”

“The only reason that I rate VisaHQ a "Good" rather than a "Very Good" is because my first visa provider was very unhelpful. I ended up having to call support to get proper help which I thankfully did. In result, the assistance I got from that person was out of this world excellent as they called and e-mailed me with updates in every instance I needed them for my very frustrating situation I went through.”

“The online experience was fine except I was confused about whether having sent my documents by post I would get them returned by post. I sent my documents and then I was told i had an appointment in London and this confused me. However, it all worked out well int he end.”

“Overall, the process went pretty smoothly and you folks sent useful reminders for missing documents. Once I sent those, the process went pretty fast too. Main thing to improve here is that the documentation on how to fill the necessary forms was severely lacking, so I had no idea whether I was doing it right or not. Please add more details. Thanks!”
