We strive to make the application process as seamless as possible for our clients and we will certainly take your suggestion into consideration moving forward. In certain cases, our team does not know about all missing documents at once. Consulates and embassies occasionally request extra paperwork after applications have been delivered. “It's a very reliable service for those looking to get a Visa. I would recommend to VisaHQ that when printing out the tracking labels, you should tell the customer that it's just the tracking number and not the completed passport and Visa. This tricked me because I thought it was done and I was very disappointed when I went to FedEx the next day to pick it up only to find it wasn't in FedEx's tracking system.”

“Service once the payment is made is good. Elise was helpful and thorough. The online form to enter details needs to be modified and made user friendly, several repetitive fields. Also, the chat bot is really unhelpful. And getting an email every time you're online is a bit pointless.”

“Second time I have used Visa HQ and definitely a better experience this time. Service was timely and efficient. Aramex are terrible; failing on both delivery and pick up to comply with timelines.”
