“It's a very reliable service for those looking to get a Visa. I would recommend to VisaHQ that when printing out the tracking labels, you should tell the customer that it's just the tracking number and not the completed passport and Visa. This tricked me because I thought it was done and I was very disappointed when I went to FedEx the next day to pick it up only to find it wasn't in FedEx's tracking system.”

“Service once the payment is made is good. Elise was helpful and thorough. The online form to enter details needs to be modified and made user friendly, several repetitive fields. Also, the chat bot is really unhelpful. And getting an email every time you're online is a bit pointless.”

“Second time I have used Visa HQ and definitely a better experience this time. Service was timely and efficient. Aramex are terrible; failing on both delivery and pick up to comply with timelines.”

“Your fees are very high, but your service is very good. Peter has been especially helpful and responsive. Considering the short timeline for getting two different visas, he was very helpful. ....I urgently need my passport back by the end of August, so let's see whether visaHQ delivers.”

“Off to a rocky start as Peter could not acsess the form for himself, it kept bringing my paperwork up. So one of your team had to fill this in for him which took at east 1.5 hours. Eventually all went well as victoria met us at Russian HQ and the paperwork went good. We now have our passports back and look for to visitringSt Petersburg.”
