“I think I had to use the service for the Mongolia visa, that said Natalia knew exactly what was needed and made sure I didn’t waste time submitting my forms just before the Mongolian office went on annual leave and without a vital extra bit of paper, likely saved me a couple of weeks in my overall process as I got my Russian visa sorted in the meantime”

“Great resource and reference for obtaining visas. Extremely helpful service with terrific customer service. The site could be easier to navigate, but has really useful tools and everything seems to be here that you'd need - just not as easy to find as one could hope.”

“Service was good but it was not initially clear that there would be a lead time to get the invitation paperwork followed by the physical visa. Overall the time was ~7 working days. Also I understand that it is possible to get a 2 year multiple entry visa but this option was not available on the website.”

“Quick, efficient and excellent service. A bit expensive, especially with shipping charges. If no other option, this is the service to use, but only if you can’t do it yourself, I.e., e-visas that don’t require a personal visit to the country’s embassy.”

“I certainly felt well assisted but there were regular points of uncertainty because the visa form I could complete through VisaHQ did not allow visibility for all the fields in the Nigeria visa application so there were several points where edits had to be made. Requirements for obtaining multiple versus single entry were not clear. I was very pleased to avoid biometric screening and a personal appointment at the Nigerian Consulate and the visa was issued VERY quickly. The Visa HQ staff (Griselle) who eventually took on the role of my liaison was very effective.”

“It took some digging to find the authorization form needed for my Visa, if the attachment was emailed that would have been quicker.”

“This service is very fast and mostly easy to follow. There is one glitch in the online system for people who are naturalized US Citizens, born in another country. It took some searching in the FAQ to find out how to correct the information.”
