“I used VisaHQ to go to China and I used it previously for Tanzania. I always have a good service and it is good to know they double check the documentation to make sure this one is fine. I will use them again.”

“It's convienent that the embassy row is located in Washington D.C. and the process is quick. Some things that could be improved is that they could have more multi-national operaters who know other languages besides english. When I asked an operater that had a russian name if she spoke russian, she didn't answer and continued writing in english. Another thing is that it took all day to fill out the application, for example when I asked five questions I only got an answer back on one, and had to keep rewriting the questions over and over again.”

“The one improvement that I might suggest is to reduce or eliminate duplication on the form. I think I had to state that my birth nationality was different from my current home and traveling nationality three times. That was a little confusing and redundant.”

“Whole process took a lot longer than expected (compared to travel companions that went directly through the embassy) and quite a bit more expensive. The customer service though was attentive, friendly and lovely overall. I appreciate the regular follow ups and checks”
