“Easy to use but can be a bit confusing to navigate at first as well as the help chat taking a long time sometimes. very helpful and the service fee doesn't cost an arm and a leg.”

“Fast and friendly service. Only thing that worried me was a typo by VisaHQ staff. Last name was misspelled on emails. I was assured that it was spelled correctly on forms. (I knew that already because I filled out the forms.)”

“The online forms are very disorganised and some not clearly explained. I made three phone calls for clarification. The phone help was quick to answer and clarify but not all advice was accurate, we were told that days, months and years of passport stamps would be helpful but only the year is required on the form. The time from form submission to granting of visa was very quick.”

“Overall was good. But it was really hard to reach them by call. Their phone line has some sort of issue from day 1 we tried to communicate with them. Some things are just easier to discuss over the phone. 2 weeks later tried to call again to ask some questions but then the phone was still having issues. Anyway! They did most of things right though except that one thing that annoyed me 😁”

“My VisaHQ representative was great, she stayed in touch with me every step of the was. I had personal contact with her on every concern and question. She walked me through every step of the application process (which was overwhelming). She communicated with me using email and I had her direct phone number and when I called her she actually answered the phone, she was very polite, friendly, knowledgeable --- just great service. Could not have been issued a China Visa with her help.”

“While I was trying to work with 3 companies to assist me in acquiring a VISA to China I became very frustrated with the whole process and cost. I finally decided to work with Visa HQ and the entire process became very easy/simple because of the great service and coaching I received both on the phone and on their website. I would highly recommend Visa HQ over Visa Central, Celebrity Cruise Line. VISA HQ has a 5 star rating vs. 1 star ratings of other providers.”

“Very pleased with the service after much confusion on the part of your chat advisory service. They repeatedly modified my request - Incorrectly. They seem never to have heard of the "nonbusiness visa." When they turfed me to the DC office and I spoke with Tatiana on the telephone, she knew immediately what I was talking about. She is an excellent advisor and got it done correctly.”
