Been trying to sort out a slow internet / no internet access for a month. They don’t bother with customer service.

have been a Vodafone customer four 19 years. I am a trans-femoral amputee and have just received a micro processor knee (Ossur Rheo XC). The prosthetic leg manufacturer has an app that connects to the leg via Bluetooth, it stores information on the knee, but this app is only available on IOS devices and I am on an android device. I approached Vodafone today to see if they would be prepared to help me get an early upgrade (8 months left on my current contract). I thought they would be prepared to reduce the early upgrade charge. They are unwilling to help me which I find astounding. I have been a very loyal customer, this experience proves that loyalty counts for nothing.

Wimbledon Branch, got into shop 15mins before closing. Queue and the manager lock shop at 6pm. Made us wait an extra 15 mins and then decided she wasn't gonna serve us. Ask what I wanted at 6.15pm, could of ask that before. Then decides she couldn't serve me, it would take too long. You could see it written on her face. 'WANT TO GO HOME'. Fair enough, I work in retail but I serve all customers that get into the shop on time. She might as well shut the shop 5.45pm. RUBBISH SERVICE

What went right is the question that's needed and the answer, nothing, these guys don't have a clue, placed and order in August received my router engineers came but could not proceed due to misinformation I was given on a number of occasions by sales and customer service chat advisors. They then cancel the order and nobody can explain why , place another they order a phone when I wanted broadband, then they cancel again but don't tell me its cancelled, one month later... nothing.... on contacting them today, I started reading reviews whilst waiting being passed from pillar to post, and after reading the reviews here I decided to call it quits told them to come collect their unopened router and forget that I exist. I think its a blessing that they messed up otherwise I could have been stuck in an 18 month contract with these jokers. If I could give zero rating I would, stay away from them.

Disgusting service from Vodafone. I have been a customer since 1995 and for the last 5/6 months they have been overcharging me on my home phone number I have with them. Basically, I pay for free calls service on my home phone number but they continue to charge me for individual calls. Adding approx. £100 per month to my bill in incorrect charges. When I raised it with them they agreed to refund. But the refund never came and I had to contact them again to get the refund. However, it still does not seem to be paid and on top of that they continue to charge me for calls on my next bill. I would NEVER recommend Vodafone and as my contracts expire (I have 4 mobile phone, a land line and broadband) I will be moving my business to alternate suppliers. So they have tried to sort my account out and in refunding me they now so I owe them £2.50 and wont process a phone claim. NEVER USE VODAFONE THEY ARE A DISGUSTING company

Vodafone lies ! I have transferred 3 telephones now from Vodafone to other providers. Customer service is 0, I am physically unable to review Vodafone any lower. My last phones contract expired 24th September, the same day I requested a pac number and informed Vodafone that I was leaving again. The issues since are regarding the nuc number that unlocks the phone so that I can then use another supplier. I was initially informed by customer services online that the nuc number could be obtained within 5-7 mins, I was pleasantly surprised, nothing happened though, so I contacted Vodafone again to be told that I would receive my Nuc number within 24 hours, one day passed without any response from Vodafone, so I contacted them again, I was then informed that the process of obtaining the nuc number would take 7-10 days , nothing has happened, not surprised. I contacted Vodafone again today and after 2 hrs I was informed that Vodafone had tried to call me ? How stupid can a company be ? Vodafone terminated the phone use on the 24th , so why would they call then ? They have my email address, but obviously emailing a customer requires a level of common sense that customer services have not reached yet. I have emailed Vodafone on a number of occasions without reply. Today they even claimed that I never had an account with them. If I thought that driving 45 minutes to Newbury and visiting Head office would do any good, I would be there, this afternoon. I cannot stress to anyone enough, do not put your custom with Vodafone, find another provider, who treats its customers better.

Be warned, once you have joined Vodafone they will make it as hard as possible to leave. even when you are years out of contract they repay your loyalty by issuing PAC codes which are short lived or which simply are not recognised by other providers to delay your leaving as long as possible. My advice is avoid them in the first place

Worst company for contracts ever!!!!!!!!!!!. Be warned. Once you take a phone. They will make you pay for 2 years with a very faulty unusable phone. I had mine less then 6 weeks. Vodaphone will not repair in shop or anywhere. They just send you on to another person. Round and round. You have been warned !!!!!!.

Ive been a customer of voadaphone for years ive never had an issue with the service but the way in which they deal with customers is not as id have hope. my phone broke about 3 months ago having called in to see when i could get an early upgrade for free they said about late sep mid oct, which i was happy with so decided to use and old phone for a wjile rather than fix my broken unit. having spoke to two people from vodaphone i have now been given a new date of 21/02/2020 to upgrade. Frustrating as if i have been told that originally i would have had my old one fixed. Having been messed about i shall be running down my contract and moving somewhere more organised as i feel vodaphone has become the joke network.

Had Vodafone for fibre broadband and a mobile phone. Broadband was very slow, so when contract ran out i was going to move provider, Vodafone came up with we will give you a big discount plus a much better router with faster broadband. Also we will send you a free amazon echo. I have now phoned there customer service around 6 times and been fobbed off with you have to wait 30 days we will send you a code then you have to contact amazon to get them to send it. I called again and again. Answers is ohh it will be with you by tomorrow. Then you have to wait 14 days. So now i told them i am cancelling my contract due to failure of them withholding to there promise. They tell me i cant as gone past 14 day cooling off period. We will see when i cancel direct debit who cant. Absolutely rubbish customer service.

Disgusted with Vodafone. Firstly they take my payments as and whenever they want and not on the requested date, once they took three payments in one month! Also when I’ve cancelled my contract they haven’t actually cancelled it and were even cheeky enough to send me a message saying, we are sorry to see you go here’s the deals you could’ve had,so I didn’t think I’d need to ring again to cancel AGAIN. so I now owe them £80 even though after your contract ends they’re supposed to change you to a sim only deal even if you don’t cancel. The amount of problems I’ve had is ridiculous and they won’t even offer me any sort of discount if I wanted to upgrade! So much for loyalty.

Honestly i think they should loose their licence. I went in store to find out about a watch as i wanted to get it for my daughter as it was her birthday in a couple of days. Women in store was very convincing she was doing everything to get her commision..... now im a 57 year old bloke im not good with thechnology so i asked numerous of times if the watch will be ready to collect on wednesday ( orderd it on sunday) the women was assuring me that i will definately get it for wednesday as deliveries only take 1-2 working days so on wednesday ill still have time to pack it up. I cant count how many times i asked her are you 100% sure that it will be ready to collect for wednesday she was like yes definately so i signed all the paperwork. I contacted then tuesday to find out what time i can collect it and i was advised 48 hours which i was in a complete shock so we started arguing about it very unprofesional customer service agent! So i asked him to provide me with their licence number so i can contact their regulator ofcom which i was denied this information which im fully entitled to know it as their consumer. All day i spent wednesday trying to contact them i had numerous phone calls dropped as they were just ending it, chats were loosing connection all of a sudden and when i try to ring the store it goes to voicemail. I cant visit the store myself as im working away so i authorised my wife to collect it and they wont speak to her at all. Well what can i say worst company ever once you sign your life away with them they treat you like shot id avoid it at all costs. Im just waiting for their regulator to get back to me as i did file a formal complaint with them as well.

Very dissapointed as a loyal customer of over 20 years after 3 attempts to get broadband installed at my new address they now claim it is not possible. Their only answer after numerous failures on their part was to try and fob me off with £15.00 to shut up and go away. Over the last 14 days I have made repeated phone calls spending more than 8 hours being bounced from person to person, having to repeatedly re-explain the issue as they did not hand over the information. 3 separate attempts to set up phone and broadband at my new address and 3 times cancelled by them without notification to me or explanation. The first cancelled after 2 days for no specified reason. A second attempt was made at that point during which they 5 times attempted to give me a new number with the wrong area code, despite me pointing this out they assured me this was the only number available. This turned out to be the cause of the failure the 2nd time, but I only discovered this incidentally. At this point there was a brief ray of hope with the assistance of a lady called Lorraine who was very understanding and went out of her way to go away and try and resolve it the following day. As part of the process she also got the management to agree to a good will gesture of £50.00 applied to the account. The following day, true to her word this was resolved and the application started again. Two days later once again it was cancelled by vodafone with just a text request to call them after being bounced around a customer representative eventually suggested it was now down to an issue with BT and not being possible to provide broadband at my new address. Despite the fact that having moved to all suppliers, including BT, confirming 77mb superfast broadband was available and 2 minutes after getting of the phone with Vodafone, plusnet have sorted out, phone line up and running in less than 24 hours and broadband shortly to follow. This representatives solution was just to offer me £15.00 good will payment for the inconvenience to go away as this is all they would offer, despite already offering significantly more. After nearly and hour of him repeatedly trying to fob me off with taking this now as it is all I will end up with he eventually agreed to call me back the following day after speaking to a manager as he was unwilling to consider my request to end my mobile phone contract early so that I can end all engagement with them as a result of their diabolical lack of customer service. The following day he has failed to call me back at the arranged time but did eventually call back later and just transferred me to a manager that he had lied to and only suggested I wish to discuss compensation of £15.00. Having explained the situation again to her she just told me I would have to pay £187.75 to end the contract early but she could not help. She dumped the call to someone called Marshall but failed to tell him anything and he just dumped the call to a barely intelligible French lady who did not know what was going on and was not listening so just dumped me with an English gentleman to give me a PAC code but he claimed he could do nothing else but that and that I would have to ring another number to deal with my complaint. To add insult to injury I then get a text confirming the PAC code my exit fee is suddenly £220.37. No doubt I am about to have to go around the houses again to try and bring this to a conclusion and potentially the only way to get them to take any action is to cancel my direct debit and when they chase me send them a bill for my time, which at my hourly rate will leave them owing me money.
