incredible how one company can be so consistently bad and unhelpful. Borderline impressive. Consistently overcharges. Customer service always terrible.

I was on the chat for TWO hours, I spoke to 6 different people... They gave me the wrong information, made me sign a form without telling me that it would cancel my contract and attempted to charge me twice as much as what was originally discussed. Whatever you do, avoid Vodafone!!!

What a terrible excuse for a company. I had apparently been double-charged for a second account in my name which had never been used and I was never made aware of physically or digitally. I have no recollection of this account being created and yet, I managed to misspell my own name after 24 years of life on this Earth as well as incorrectly inputted the main account telephone number(doubtful)?!?!? I was only made aware that I somehow owed money on this second account under my name after receiving a number of letters from a 3rd party debt-collection agency, which of course I was skeptical of at first seeing as how they'd been completely misspelling my name in these letters. £300 gone down the drain on an account which clearly had no outgoing or incoming calls, but Vodafone, being the scummy little money-grabbers that they are, decided that it was in their best interest to continuously re-direct me to the debt collectors as opposed to even partially re-imbursing me for an account which has absolutely 0 activity on it. Stay away from Vodafone, they'll suck you dry like a cheap Thai ladyboy with a smile across their face and their hands in the deepest regions of your pockets.

Vodafone are nothing but a bunch of liars. Worst company ever. DON’T deal with them. They tell you one thing then do the complete opposite. You have to deal with robots. Can never get to speak to a real person. If you do manage to, they lie!!

Starting a petition to be able to give negative ratings Hopeless customer service. Its like a weird parody where the intent is just to actively annoy customers. A reason why they are consistently the worst for customer service. Pro tip. Just go through to cancellations (always a person) and say you'll leave if you don't get help.

There is no customer service. The complaints department lie to you. They talk over you during telephone calls. They are rude and Insulting. Nothing has been resolved so we are taking things further and above this awful company. If you get through to Steve in Egypt, put the phone down, don't waste your breath even speaking to him. He promises things that dont happen and doesn't call you back when promised. He's the manager apparently but clearly doesn't know his own company's policy. We later spoke to the manager above Steve... turns out Steve doesn't even document your phone calls and add any notes to the complaints system. In total we have spent 7 hours on the phone to Vodafone, we have spoken to 8 different people, 4 being managers, and made 2 trips back to the Vodafone store where we brought the product. We have been offered £3 in compensation, and never been so insulted. I will never recommend nor purchase anything from this company again...ever.

LOYALTY COUNTS FOR NOTHING WITH VODAFONE !!!!!! I have been a Vodafone customer for over 20 years and I am disgusted with the way they have and are treating me. I need to migrate my sim only pay monthly account to one which would give me access to global roaming and have had many web chats and phone calls where I have been told it can be done by one advisor then another says it cannot be done. I have proof of this through the chats I have had and will be making an official complaint to Vodafone head office and to Ofcom as I feel truly let down by them. It seems that loyalty counts for nothing with Vodafone. I will also give them bad reviews on any other platform that I can as people should know that their customer service is atrocious. I am looking into leaving them, but alas I am tied into a contract and I cannot do anything until that ends or to pay the exit fee!

Starting a petition to be able to give negative ratings Hope you never have to contact them. I had to as they wrongly sold me an upgrade rather than move to payasyougo (which i requested to move number to 3rd party voda contract). Luckily i got through to them after an hour or so, they told me they could move me to payasyougo as i was just inside the two weeks cancellation window. You wrongly sold me the upgrade! So youre saying i would have been stuck on 2 contracts if i hadnt been able to get through? The menu system is designed to tell you to use chat and hangs up. PRO TIP don't say anything and it will take you to the touch menu, then keep hitting 0. The chat drops out regularly... is Voda just doing a concentrated campaign to not speak to customers?

I've got the deal for a broadband on 23rd of March. It's 21 of April already and the optical fibre haven't yet been connected. Since then two visits of city fibre engineer had been scheduled. On both of the visits no work was done. The first engineer did show up, yet prefer canvassing instead of the work he supposed be doing. The second engineer missed the appointment completely. Both time I was required to take my time off work and only just to be ommited by the engineer. Each time I've raised a complaint and new timeslots for engineer visit were proposed. I've told myself to give it a try for a third time, however I learned that my order get cancelled, thus I would be required to go through whole process one more time. I don't care enough to just stay with Vodafone (I've been Vodafone client for 4 years) and will not tolerate this any longer so I'm going to look for the other priver offers as I will recommend my friends to do likewise. Worst experience ever.

Absolutely, terrible network with appalling customer service. Avoid with everything you have, they will cause you nothing but stress! Constant bill increase and forcing you to get you off your current contract to a more expensive one. A Vodafone contract means nothing at all in their eyes. My mobile phone and broadband contract was cancelled and changed to a more expensive one without my consent. When I challenged this and contacted them, I was told that I had no option but to upgrade to a more expensive option. It is nothing short of corruption and bullying! In other words, "We are breaking your contract and forcing you to pay for a more expensive one, otherwise leave". Trying to get through by telephoning and speak to a human will take a minimum of thirty minutes as they do not want you to call. The staff at Vodafone are completely unknowledgeable about the service they represent. Vodafone is very over priced with a very poor service, need I say more...

I am using my Vodafone post paid connection for the last 15 year and I stays in Bangalore Urban area. For the last 5-6 months ( I feel after the merging and Vi joint operation)I am facing net work issues almost every day, and now for the last 10 days I am literarily unable to use my phone most of the time. I have raised this issue to the online customer support many time during the past 10 days and every time they give a reply and ask for 2-3 working days time to resolve. But till today nothing has happened. Finally I have visited one Vodafone store after driving 17 km , for my bad luck I reported there at 7.05pm where as the office working hours is till 7.00pm ( we should appreciate their time management. I spoke to the store manager over phone as the Security is not allowing me inside, and I have receive a reply saying that all systems are shut down. Final Assessment: Vodafone is not a customer friendly company, their target is to generate maximum revenue ,but no way bothered about a customer for his basic requirements. TO BE BLACKLISTED

Awful company. Constantly raising prices. Not getting in touch when your contract runs out. Constantly bombarding you with text messages about surveys that you can't opt out. Trying to sneakily add on charges when I've said directly I don't want them. Then continuing to add them. Mainly it's the constant raising of prices for absolutely no reason. Just awful.

What an awful company. No customer service when there's a problem, they have tied themselves up in knots with red tape and complicated systems direct debits for all sorts of plans and nothing taken, then it's all the customers fault. Then there's the actual reception issues which never improve. Please avoid this awful money grabbing scheme

I wish I had read all the awful reviews on Trustpilot before switching to vodafone for broadband and mobile (a card for gigafast was put through the door). I'm not surprised (unfortunately in hindsight) that vodafone remain at the absolute bottom of these league tables for mobile and broadband providers Chaotic and expensive service (especially gigafast) and murky mobile monthly plans with potentially huge (and hidden in small print) additional mobile upgrade costs. Profit clearly above service provision. I note the review below commenting on their policy towardas UKrainian refugees. Only 7% of 15,564 reviews on Trustpilot give them 5 stars. I have now cancelled, paid early termination fees, and will never use them again.

Pathetic. If you change your phone number, you can't log in to the website. The security verification code goes to the old phone number I spent over 10 hours with a bunch of dummies that called themselves the support department. They are utterly useless, the type of people that are not even worth investing in their training. The website is pathetic, and the support is worse I would score the automated bot 2/10- which was the best experience that Vodacom can offer.
