change to this waste of space company in December lines to be connected on the 19th December- still no internet 5th January. My kids could not use there new toys over the holidays, i could not properly contact my family over seas. We are now in the new year and still keep moving the dates and now saying the 10th is the nearest date to connect. THIS WAS SUPPSOED TO BE DONE ON 19th DECEMBER! IS THIS HOW YOU LOOK AFTER YOUR NEW CUSTOMER WHAT A MASSIVE JOKE!

Obstructive, Blocking Customer Services Model: BT Open Engineer has just confirmed I had faulty wire connection externally for past 6 months. Zero responsibility from Vodaphone - just obstruction communications and deduct my direct debit. UNETHICAL Issue: 4 days later non delivery of router promised on 31st Dec. Letter sent to CEO Ahmed Essam & Team requesting explanation for communication blocking and obstruction via phone numbers that do not accept replies, texts with non-operational Fault Ref numbers and finally a conversation today with Agent that has no access to "records "despite multiple dysfunctional communications. Why do Vodaphone feel justified to take money directly from my account each month and tolerate such behaviour? Additional social media exposure planned.. Date of experience: 05 January 2023

Should have taken time to look at Reviews on Google ,Trust pilot etc, before taking out 24 month contract!. If I could give zero for customer service I would. They are a disgrace.

Left my phone into this Rushmore store as it had a fault with the screen, they lied by saying there was damage via account Comms, requested CCTV and was refused. Head office think they above the law. Heard finbar speak about me to other customers so unprofessional and raising with ICO. manager Andrew also unprofessional during conservations. Network service is very poor not the mobile signal but the service provided. Go to other providers who don't discriminate on grounds of disability. Record everything you do in this store. No signage to say CCTV in use. Request dsar (data subject access request by email, keep copy's of everything) as the saying goes long run the fox, think I'm giving up ask your legal team. Raise via social media, don't accept there misinformation.Don't let them bully you. Always call from a recorded line or mobile as they claim not to record calls from landlines. Glad I have these. I would strongly advise customers to leave this network, go to the financial ombudsman. Courts, just don't back down. They lied to cisas and didn't realize it's recorded on the dsar records. Advised they checked my id and bill. They didn't and said they would say they seen it, no records kept on account of proof shown. Vodafone cu send you repeatedly to store. This is funny how poor of a network they really our. Screen has fault according to Google. Independent reports already completed today let's see what Vodafone say when they review the handset. Any network provider is better than the service from this disgrace of a store and company. Be nice to your face and a demon behind your back. I wont be bullied and advise all to stay away. Finbar if you see this if I hear you I'll speak about me again expect legal action. Phone was kept by Vodafone from October to end of December without being repaired. Joke of a company

Such a shocking company. Being lied to and spoken to like absolute trash. Being told they don’t care about me. Paid my bill despite not being able to utilise their network. Being hung up on by their customer relations team on numerous occasions because their shift was almost over. Told to go into store on 7 different occasions which have always turned out to be pointless and a complete waste of time! Their customer service is constantly lying to me. Providing me with false information. Leading me down rabbit holes and do not care about my well-being whatsoever. I’ve had constant issues for over 3 weeks now with constant calls several times a day. They say they will call back. They say they will email. All lies! Such a shocking company. DO NOT USE THESE.

My 2 years contract with a phone offer with Vodafone just recently ended. When I was trying to negotiate the new deal the advisor was not able to provide me with any discounts and advised that I will go on-line, as Vodafone may be having better offers on the website. I did that and upgraded to an even better phone with the new deal. I have been very surprised to see two bills after a month's time. Vodafone CHARGED TWICE. When I called customer service and spend hours on phone, I have been told that actually I have bought a new deal (!) and therefore now I cannot even transfer the old number. They gave me just 2 choices, to keep the old number but I will be still paying a fee for 2 years (£10 or more) plus the fee for the new deal with the phone just to keep the number. The second option is that I will break the agreement of the new deal and pay £300. In general, no manager was available to chat, no other solutions were provided, which is very upsetting, as I stayed with Vodafone. The company and its employees are behaving more like a scam organization than a customer-centered company. Recap: After the upgrade, I have to pay TWO BILLS for 2 years or PAY £300 cancellation fee.

Absolutely useless, money grabbing company. Have cancelled both mobiles with them due to poor customer service and billing practices that border on criminal. Despite cancelling, they still took money for future billing period, even though they knew it was cancelled beforehand. Apparently you have to cancel or use your PAC at least 22 days before they generate the bill, so basically they are always holding vast sums of ex customers money interest free. 2 step verification together onto app, them they want you to put in personal info for further security on an Internet chat. I'm done with this Mickley mouse company, especially in light of their policy of in contract price rises well above inflation. 25% in 2yrs. Yeah screw you Vodafone.

Engineers missed two appointments without letting me know. They threaten a £110 fee if I missed the appointment but offer less than the Ofcom scheme that they have signed up to. On the second missed appointment (a 9am to 1pm slot), I contacted their team via Tobi at 12:30 and received a response at 12:54 telling me that the engineer was still going to arrive on time. I questioned that and ten minutes later was told that there might be a problem and that they might need to rearrange. They put me on to a manager who told me the engineer was still going to arrive and that I needed to wait for them. Within two hours somebody then told me that they knew 24 hours in advance that the engineer wasn't going to arrive. They have consistently promised compensation but only once the service starts. However, after 9 months, I still do not have a start date. I pointed out that if I had missed those two appointments, they would have charged me £220. It grates on me that they do not value my time as a customer. Their response was to offer me £10 credit. When I declined, they went up to £50 as a good will gesture. I don't feel that they have particularly tried to help in even identifying what the problem is, let alone helping to solve this. After all this time, they till have not told me what the problem is, despite insisting that ultrafast broadband is available in my area. I have wasted hours and hours dealing with this company. My biggest mistake was trusting them twice. Please please please learn from this and don't trust them even once.

Just impossible to speak with somebody to advise me. I wanted to get another phone contract paying monthly. Been trying for 10 days to speak with a non machine. Impossible so I am off. You cannot get anywhere with the online app such a frustrating company. I would seriously avoid

Horrendous in every way. From placing an order, to speaking to customer service, I have never had so much stress over a pay monthly contract than I have with Vodafone, and I haven't even been able to start a contract. 'Making life easier' is an absolute joke of a slogan from Vodafone. Placed an order for it to be cancelled the day it was due, due to 'technical difficulties' yet noon could tell me why or even track the order and im STILL waiting for my refund of the upfront fee. Then they said they couldn't redo the order without me doing another credit check as I had a blue light discount on the deal which they cannot apply over the phone or on live chat (though the text stated that to replace the order I could do this through there). So I (stupidly) assumed that it was just a technical hitch and replaced the order and yet again, and the same thing has happened, order cancelled with no explanation, 2 hard checks now on my credit score and 2 upfront fees taken. Absolutely diabolical, and I'm now in the process of logging a complaint to take this to the ombudsman, as they are refusing to remove the hard check after cancelling my order without any reason. Think I found myself lucky escaping a 24 month contract with Vodafone.

Long story short- utterly disappointing and highly frustrating experience. Vodafone is sweating and promising to cancel my order which takes them a month (!!!!!) despite all the obligations are fulfilled from my side. More than that I’m facing charges out if my plan and my phone was suspended and not working for one day die to technical issues within Vodafone company. I spent around 25 hours talking to different advisors during last four weeks and the order is still open and charges are still applied to my account. Would NOT recommend this company dir to a very poor customer service.

Beyond bad. Swapped over on the 13th October. As of the 22nd October, still no internet. Can't believe what their team tell me as it conflicts with Open Reach engineers. Sent me to their local store to pick up temporary dongle.. Guess what, their store couldn't get on-line.. UNBELIEVABLE. Another engineer booked for the 25/10 but still no guarantee of internet. I've changed provider 4 times in the past, all changes have been smooth and trouble free.. Vodafone have been the only one to make a mess of it..

Just incompetent customer service. Since I joined they still can't fix my issue with logging to my account. They communicate very badly about the progress just suggesting me do so smth that doesn't work, ignore my emails or respond with robotic template. Also WIFi connection is not stable, my TV has issues connecting to the network as well as some of smart bulbs. After 3 months of the service I decided to leave.

Problem with local transmitter, no data or very slow and intermittent. Phoned up "Oh, terribly sorry etc, when it's fixed we will refund that period (9days) and give you compensation. It's now fixed, phoned up, "no sorry, we've decided we aren't going to give you anything" And I left O2 cos I thought they were bad. No more contracts with vodafone for me.😡

The worst company in the world. Do not got anywhere near these frauds. The way they treat customers is a disgrace, they messed up my direct debit took from incorrect account there mistake as they used an old account they had on there system. I rang up to correct in July but they messed this up & ruined my credit rating still on going, even tho they offer me credit as it was there mistakes they won’t correct my credit file, absolute disgrace. In the process of cancelling all my Vodafone accounts & contacted financial ombudsman. Horrific company staff have no idea what they are doing.
