“The bumpers I ordered are fantastic! Good quality and great price. Why waste your money burying from Rogue when the Vulcan Strength bumpers are just as good with a better price? Shipping was also super fast. Free FEDEX is tough to beat!”

“I love my Vulcan Color coded KG plates. They dont bounce when you drop them on the platform , they are easy to load. You dont have to worry about screws coming out like Pendlay plates.”

“Everything about them is solid. Best deal on colored kgs by far. Very soft bounce, fit snug on rogue bar. Not as snug as my comp plates but these are snug enough they don't wobble. Easy to slide on and off the bar.”

“This is the first purchase I have ever made from Vulcan Strength Training Systems. I can't believe how satisfied I am with their product. These plates are great and they are not as expensive as rogue. They are slightly thicker in the width of the plates then standard competition plates. But for a garage gym they are perfect. They don't bounce too much and are not too loud! Thanks again Vulcan!”

“This is the second purchase I have made from Vulcan Strength Training Systems and I could not be happier. These plates are completely rubber and are very durable. They work great and not being metal they are not as loud when I drop the weight and do not move on the bar. The plates do show dirt pretty easy, but these are weightlifting plates that is bound to happen. Thanks again Vulcan Strength!”

“I was very pleased at how quickly my Vulcan resistance band arrived in the mail. I've used it for mobility/stretching/accessory movements 5-6 days a week for the past month and there are zero signs of wear and tear on the band. All of the other resistance bands I've had in the past became dirty/grungy or left an unpleasant rubber odor on my hands after use. The rubber of the other bands also started shearing which compromised the elasticity and safety of the product. I don't have any of these issues when using my Vulcan resistance band and I'm pleased that it is of much greater quality than the other bands I've used.”

“Arrived 5 days after ordering. Plates were a little wider than I expected, but they are of great quality and thoughtfully designed for durability. Low noise and low bounce and the plates stack well and dont move around much even when dropping on high rep sets.”

“I bought the 500lb set of bumper plates. Honestly, i went with Vulcan mainly becuase of the price. This is for my garage and I don't need anything fancy. Not only that the shipment was extremely fast, shipped same day as ordered, but the plates themselves are great. They smell a little like rubber, which is ok, it airs out fast. I am very happy with this set so far. I don't see a reason to spend more money for fancier plates (unless maybe you are a professional). Thank you Vulcan.”

“I purchased these after reading a review on Garage Gym Reviews. These plates are very well made & accurate. Best of all, they will not damage the finish of my bar. I would love to have a set of Alpha plates if shipping to Hawaii wasn't so expensive.”
