“VyStar is the best bank I’ve belonged to. everyone is so polite, extremely helpful and they don’t care how many heads it takes for the customers need, they work together, get along again polite, helpful, and they care that yells volume. This is Customer Service at its finest. There is absolutely nothing wrong with VyStar. I would recommend it to every single person I know; versus Wells Fargo 💩 lol. You don’t leave there until everything is done and accomplished and that’s amazing. VyStar is definitely 100 steps up!”

“The local vystar cu is very nice but I've had numerous issues with the mortgage dept. I called today and the guy I talked to said there's no record of me in the system; I have one savings, 2 checking and 1 mortgage acct. but he couldn't find me. Incompetence.”

“Strive for five. And did she delivered. Autumn Farr not only greeted me at the front door by opening it, but she took the time and care to provide professional, courteous, and detailed attention to my transaction. Even a little fun interaction concerning coffee or hot cocoa. A five star experience.”

“I love going to the Titusville Florida branch. The staff is so friendly. When I lost my purse Josh made me relax and not panic about my account. Walked me through on the best way to handle it. Took care of it right away. Manager she is awesome and goes out of her way to make sure any problems you have with your accounts are taken care. I've seen her step in and help customers when all the tellers were busy. Even security guard is pleasant.”

“The customer service is horrible you can't get anybody on the phone to help you it took me 3 weeks to get help I have nothing nice to say it would not recommend VyStar credit Union”

“April @ Vystar branch on 43rd is the Gold standard for customer service. No matter what the problem is she delivers with a solution. 5 stars are not enough. I recommend Vystar to all my customers and associates. Thank you for all you do April & Vystar.”

“I called the bank and verified my name, mem#, code by text, my email..... at what point is this good enough but then they want my last transaction and amount and that i could not remember, I ended up having to call back and speak to someone else just to get my business done, I have tried to be patient with this bank thru all their issues and I understand fraud protection but I felt that is a bit much.”

“I have been with my last bank for better than 13 years. When I decided to weather thru that frustration of switching banks, Vystar CC in Flagler Beach, made the transition stress less. I like having face to face contact with friendly, knowledgeable staff members. The texting ability to ask questions seems easy and they are able to do a quicker response than to leave a message. I have not regretted moving. JB”

“I went into the Vystar Credit Union in Callahan met this very nice, polite man named Brandon. He was able to help me with all my problems. He was very understanding even though I was there for 3 hours waiting to get seen. he calmed me down and walk me through all the process. This guy was like an angel to me that day. he had the patience of a saint. I really think you need to take a really good look at him and move him up to the company as fast as you can. If you don’t, you’re gonna lose one hell of a good employee.”

“The mobile app is awful. Not user friendly at all and terrible to navigate. The wait times for customer service are 60+ minutes! Chat is slow as well. Took my almost an hour to get a live person on the phone to make a payment! I’ll be moving my loan out of here asap as horrible service.”

“I have loss the sale of my RV because of Vystar bank. I paid off my Travel Trailer early and they did not give me an early pay off. Then they would not accept a wire transfer so I did an electronic check. They won’t release my title for 10 business days after they take the money, which is a total of 17 days before they will release the title. Then it will take another 3 to 5 days for it to process through the DMV. Which is a total of 23 days. I couldn’t get a title release from Vystar for 23 days. I would not recommend Vystar bank to anyone.”

“I truly advise everyone to not give this company your money. They do not appreciate you, rather, they make you feel like an inconvenience. It’s almost like they forget that without OUR money, they won’t even exist. So put your money into a place that values you, not this trash of a company with no customer service. Also the hiring managers should set the bar a bit higher when hiring these bank reps. This isn’t McDonald’s.”
