Dear Myles, we did ship your parcel and according to the tracking it was delivered within 11 days from Europe to the US. We upgraded your free shipping which you did choose to registered as you ordered for quite an amount. I think you confuse us with a different company when you mention "pushing product by email" we do not send emails to push our products. I will contact you in private to clear this issue. All the best, Philip

“ordered the hidden valley MHRB - was not disappointed! very fragrant and excellent quality! only thing to watch out for is that USPS wanted me to sign the package for delivery - and decided to do so when i was in the shower. X-x had to go to the post office to pick it up, lol. not a big deal.”
