“My orders were taken, filled and shipped ij such a timely manner. When a question arose my concerns were addressed, resolved and followed up by caring members of the staff. As for my product ordered, it was packed and shipped and arrived sooner than expected and the quality for the price alone is worth it.”

“"I bought Some Mimosa root bark recently. It was very good quality, but I was shorted about 30 grams. I ordered 200 grams and got about 170." After I left this review waking herbs apologized and compensated me. Truly amazing customer service and you can really tell they value their customers satisfaction, I highly recommend waking herbs.”

“Its been well over a month and I have not received my shipment not pin pointing that all on wealking herbs but I order from Netherlands com times a year and my package comes the next week everytime..i was really looking forward to useing the herb but that's looking like a complete waste of 60 dollars and a damper on my interest for using the herb ...thsbks Nick I probably should contact you guys again I did at 3 weeks but I was asherd that was normal to takr a month ... Hi, our last contact was on April 16th. This is what we wrote then: -quote- hi Mike, too bad it still hasn't arrived. I'm sure it will arrive soon. I can imagine that waiting is long and that you want your order. What we can do is send you another parcel. When both arrive we trust you to let us know and pay a fair price.
