“I originally had the thermostat set on the floor and I couildn't get it to work? After setting it on the air setting everything seemed to work OK. It's been on for a couple of days. I'll keep checking it. Frank Capilla”

Hi Peter, Thanks for the review! We tried giving you a call, but wanted to reach out here as well! The sensor wires come inside the thermostat box for the system on your order, so once you open the thermostat box and take out the thermostat it will be sitting under the thermostat in that packaging. “I had purchased a SunTouch SunStat Command Programmable Thermostat model 500850 to replace my 14 year old Suntouch thermostat. My original thermostat was no longer available but choosing the recommended model as a replcement and then installing this new thermostat fixed my no floor heat problem. The model 500850 was an excellent choice and upgrade.”
