“Order process was easy and quick. Good on delivery too. BUT - since building the house in 2007, we have had two thermostat failures. That's not so good.”

“I love your product. But I bought a unit that is Wi-Fi accessible, and it does not interact with our mesh Wi-Fi network. Nowhere on the packaging was that noted. I could’ve saved some money had I gotten the non-Wi-Fi unit. Other than that, I’m very happy.”

“My original thermostat failed after about 5 years. I went to their website to understand my options and then called to confirm my thoughts about what to replace it with. The person I spoke with was very knowledgeable and pointed me to the correct, upgraded replacement thermostat. She even matched the slightly lower price it was being sold for on Amazon. It arrived in just a few days, was an easy installation and is working fine.”

“Everything worked as planned and we are enjoying our new heated bathroom floor. The only change I would make if I had it to do over again would be to install the heating elements a bit farther in on either side of the toilet stool and maybe a bit closer to the sink vanity so the toes get warm floor also.”
