“Great customer service walking me through the whole process. I’d given very good but shortly after installing my contractor noticed that thin set need to be cured and can’t even use the unit for 28 days. Had he not read that fine prints we would have a lot of problems with thin set cracking. I feel that was deceiving. I’d like a full disclosure at any point. I was pretty disappointed that part was left out.”

“I had some unusual difficulties with wiring-had burned out 3 controllers in 7 years. wYF people were most helpful in diagnosing problem and I was able to get an electrician to fix it. Thanks for your patience and kindness.”
